This company have been so stressful to work with and navigate, the customer service is always amazing for the most part, however the company system is draining. Most recently I called to receive my direct deposit information and basically, they did not provide me with the correct information, when I figured out why the information was not correct despite calling Mult time to verify the gentleman noted since the company merged all accounts had to add five zeros. Do you know how stress I am finally received a job where I can catch up on bills and I might have to wait another two weeks.My card is always blocked for "security reasons" they always canceling / resending without notification. it's an 800 limit a week god forbid I'm paying bills. I was told I had to send in a letter to get it increased, only for someone to do it over the phone at a later date. You can only make about 8 transactions a day I was not told this upon opening my account. this includes online shopping etc. so even if I spend 50$ but used my card 8 times my card will lock. all I had to learn through inconveniences. They do not have 24 hour I don't have costumer service on a daily. Don't get locked out on a weekend. No apple pay / no ***** and my location don't have ATMs on the inside just one on the outside and its always dirty.
