  This place is absolutely 5-stars! They were a recommendation from a neighbor that liked their work, so we thought we'd give them a try. They came out 3 weeks before the install date just to remove our AC unit, so we could complete some concrete work. Then we had them install our AC & heating units on one day, and they brought just the right number of workers to complete that huge task. Their price was competitive, but their real difference was in service details. Their installs were outstanding and professional-looking in every way, and the addition of extra insulation and sound dampening material where it was really needed was an added bonus. The heating unit we originally wanted was out of stock, so they upgraded us for FREE (about a $500 difference), just so we wouldn't have to wait for the resupply time. And the great cleanup after this super messy project was appreciated too. It was obvious that these guys like what they do, and their work quality showed that. You'd be nuts to go with anyone else.

  I had a very good experience with Su'coy Heating, AC & Duct Cleaning today. 1) It is fast to get an urgent repairing appointment. They have good teams and they work efficiently. 2) Sucoy has 10+ years experiences and he really knows his field. I was truly impressed by him today: he found the central heater issue so quickly and he also solved that issue promptly. Thank you so much for doing a great job, Sucoy! 3) Their price is reasonable, too. I strongly recommend this company and I will surely use this company in the future!

  I was totally WOWED by the Su'coy Heating associate, Gina R******, who came to work on my furnace. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and detail-oriented. I couldn't be more happy with her, the work she did, and the advice she gave me. Not only did she do a great job taking care of my issues with the furnace, she went so far above and beyond anything I ever expected. My furnace problem stemmed from the fact that rats had eaten through some tubing and other undigestible parts in the furnace. She saw holes in the wall where the rats were getting into the crawl space underneath my house. Gina offered to and in fact did install wire mesh over the holes that the rats were accessing, and also put rat traps in the crawl space underneath my house for me. That was certainly not something I expected at all! In fact, she volunteered to do all that. I never would have asked her. While she was underneath my house (a space I've never been ... and don't care to go) she found areas where the rats had eaten through the insulation and ducts under my house. When Gina first arrived and I was discussing with her the problems with the furnace, she mentioned Su'coy Heating' MVP program. I already had a friend whose judgment I respected who had signed up for that same program years ago, and because Gina just presented the program with no hard-sell, I felt very comfortable signing up for it. Now that I'm going to have to install some new ducts, I'm going to take advantage of that MVP program much sooner than I had anticipated! All of that, and she is the most pleasant person! I will ask for Gina next time I schedule service for either my air conditioning or heating units.

  Sucoy Heating and Air Conditioner is a great company to deal with. Everyone that I spoke with was understanding and helpful. Blake Koscielak was my technician and was polite and respectful and efficient. I was quite comfortable with him. He fixed my air conditioner and reassured me that he would come back if I needed him. A great young man and a great company. I am so glad I used them.
