    We are seeking to have Toolbox LLC honor the terms of the contract we agreed to by providing a partial refund of our deposit. A detailed history of this situation is provided in attachment #1.

    Hello,

    Thank you for giving me the opportunity to respond back to this claim. It is unfortunate that has come to this, and I understand where our wedding couple is coming from.

    Due to Covid19 we have had 39 canceled weddings, between 2020 and 2022. Most of those couples have changed their wedding date more than couple of times, witch have prevent us on booking those future dates, only to finally cancel their weddings. 

    We are intending to return everyone's money, but we do go by an order(first canceled wedding to last). We have returned so far nine couples money, I believe that the couple that filed the complaint is on number 11, so their time is coming soon. We are doing payment installments since we cant afford to pay the full deposit at once.

    Considering that we had no business for two years(our tax returns can proof that), it is an absolute miracle that are still in business. We have almost $180K in back rent to **** and Associates. I have attached a copy of our March statement, We had more than 20k for electricity, and $8000 in Gas. We haven't had a health insurance since the summer of 2020. We have three children, also have no health insurance. I will not burden you with all the car, cc, end equipment pack payments that we had to cover in order for us not to close. We haven't event started to pay the back rent, we are paying first back the couples. 

    Again, the only reason we have not bankrupted and closed the business is because we have a understanding and kind landlord. Many others were not fortunate enough. So I am counting my blessings. 

    There is no stipulation on the contract for Covid19 because obviously no one new it was coming our way. 

    I know it is not ideal for everyone, but we are doing the best we can. We have already returned 27K in canceled weddings and we are proud of it.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********. After the business responded, they paid back the deposit that I was owed per our contract. Since the business has paid me back, we can close this complaint. Thank you for your help.
