      Extremely disappointed. A year after paying for an essential plan, nothing was done right. All they did was send a **** form to my employer and when it was signed and returned to the company, they never checked the form for completeness before sending it to Federal Student Aid. This loan should have been forgiven 3 years ago. Now I am being asked to pay for another year of the Essential Plan. Save your money just do everything yourself.

      After an extensive review of Ms. ******** account activity we see that Ms. ****** completed an income-driven repayment plan application on 8/22/24 through our online tool. I also see two separate Employment Certification Forms submitted to her employer, one on 7/10/24 and another on 12/17/24. Both **** were reviewed and all information was present and correct. Both the **** and the *** application were faxed to the appropriate servicer/agency. We also see several reach outs to our CS team, each one had been answered within our reply time frame. If Ms. ****** would like continued help, we would be happy to provide a discount code for her to receive 50% off the Essential Membership for 2025.

      Savi threw up obstacles to the *** process and at my level of membership, I could see so apparent way to get assistance. I was able to do what I needed to do on my own much more easily than through Savi. Very disappointed since they seemed so knowledgeable and sincere in the the webinar that sucked me in. The constant barrage of promo emails was it helpful.

      After a full review of our records, we are unable to find an active Essential or Pro membership under the email provided. Savi has three levels of membership. DIY, which is free and does not have access to customer support. Essential, which does have access to email and live chat support, and Pro which has everything in Essential plus the ability to schedule one on one phone calls with the ** team. As we were unable to find an Essential or Pro membership under Ms. ******** email, it is correct that she would not have access to customer support.

      After conducting a review, we found that Mr. ******* did create a free account with **********************, but at no point did they reach out to CS for any questions, nor did they upgrade to the paid service. Had they reached out to our CS team, we would have been happy to help with any questions or concerns they may have had.

      ***** was wonderful when we first joined. However, after she went on maternity leave, I could not get answers from other people. One person I talked to was rude and suggested that I renew my paid plan even though my original membership was not due. I did so thinking that would give me more support. After that, I could not get answers, and when I finally wised up and went to the student loan site itself, I realized it was user-friendly and just as easy to complete as the Savi site was. As the student aid people say, never pay someone to help with student loan issues.

      I would advise everyone to stay as far away from this company as possible. They nearly cost me hundreds of thousands of dollars in extra loan repayments. I knew that I was eligible for loan forgiveness, yet when I worked with this company they told me I was not eligible and would need to pay of the remainder of my loan. Four months later after navigating the system on my own and sorting through the information available online the entirety of my loans was forgiven. When your only business is to help people with their loans and you fail at that, there is a big problem in your company. As best I can tell it was a scam.

      Reviewing the users account, they were never told that they were not eligible for forgiveness. There were certain steps that needed to be taken to make their loans eligible which the user was given. We are happy to hear that they did receive forgiveness on their student loans.

Katie, then, picked up the baton and addressed each of my questions-- one about qualifying payments for forgiveness; the other, reimbursement for overpayments-- efficiently and sufficiently. I could not be more thankful for the service I have received from SAVI (which also actually includes a November 1 webinar).

      They do not tell the entire truth. Their webinar is misleading in how they will help. I am not seeing any documentation they said they sent and I cannot get contact with anyone. I want my money back because now I’m in a situation where I have to fix everything they were supposed to and now my student loan is here with the same heavy fee. They mislead you, you cannot speak with anyone. It is dangerous because people are vulnerable when trying to resolve an issue they don’t understand and they have found a way to benefit from that!

      In reviewing your account it appears that an IDR application was submitted through our system. Our CS team is available via the contact support page for any Essential members. There was communication with our team regarding the payment amount differing. The agent involved explained the issue was wrong information put into the users account when they were filling out the forms A solution was presented and a new form was submitted with the updated answers.

      I have been a Savi member for years, recommended many friends and family, and was quite happy until the last year. This week was it. I was misinformed about what I should do in regards to loan consolidation. I was advised to only consolidate 2 of my 9 loans when in fact all 9 need to be consolidated together. I figured this out after HOURS of my own research, emailing the Savi rep back questioning their advice, then 2 days later receiving a response from them agreeing with me. Why am I paying for a membership if I am the one doing all the work? Need to cancel membership but the “help” section on their website doesn’t cover that. Will be calling tomorrow. Hopefully someone will answer and know how to assist.

      I paid for my Savi membership after a presentation they did at my work. Since then I have received automated emails telling me to reply to their email for help. I have email them multiple times and they do not respond. They do, however, continue to send me automated emails that have nothing to do with what I asked. They do not help, they just want your money. The bad reviews here are correct, despite their responses saying otherwise.
