    Ordered well in advance for Valentines Day and didn't hear until 9pm that my elderly mother's flowers had not been delivered. They didn't comp the order or offer any discounts. My options were a refund, credit, or redelivery at some mystery date in the future. You had ONE JOB. Total failure. ********** needs to stop recommending.

    Due to a glitch in the system, the order was changed with no notification. They did not deliver the changed order and did not notify me. They had no intention of returning any money I guess due to the glitch. They deserve the * rating that the BBB has issued them.

    Like other reviews, Urban Stems does not follow through on its advertised promises and customer service. I ordered through their website since it showed that the flowers I ordered for my Mom were going to be delivered in time for Mother's Day. Urban Stems site showed the flowers would be delivered early, on the day before. I kept checking the website for tracking and it stated that my order was being prepared for a week. I reached out when Mother's Day came to see if the flowers would be delivered on that day at least. I got a generic apology and was told they would either refund the delivery fee or schedule a new delivery. I asked to have the delivery fee refunded and my order was still showing the status it was being prepared until the next day. I reached out again and said that they should refund my whole order since they did not deliver as promised and I would have chosen another company had I known that they couldn't meet the delivery date. Urban Stems said the carrier lost my order. They would not refund my whole order and still deliver my Mom's flowers because of their policy. I told them if they had good customer service they would have done that. They ended up canceling my order and setting up a new order for me still charging me besides the delivery fee. They delivered my Mom's flowers 2 days after Mother's Day. Also, my confirmation email, showed that if they can't deliver on time they would upgrade the bouquet to a bigger one at no additional cost for not delivering on time as promised. This was not offered to me. I told them that I would be making a complaint to the BBB about this. I will never order from them again. They shouldn't advertise that they can deliver on time or advertise offering perks for being late if they can't follow through on their commitments. If they had refunded everything and still delivered my Mom's flowers, I would have tried their service again. It looks like this is an ongoing issue with them.

    Urban stem has seriously lost its touchI have been a loyal customer for a few years now using them for anniversarys, birthdays, Mothers Day, etc. Urban stem was one of the few online sites I trusted with delivering fresh flowers to my loved ones. But that has recently changed. On Mothers Day my mother relieved dead, wilted, broken flowers. Not only did they leave her without a fresh set of flowers than were very overpriced but they also devastated her when she open up the box of flowers to see how they arrived. Especially since Im not home for the holidays to celebrate with her. I was fuming when she sent me the pictures. What was urban stems solution. Lets send your mom fresh flowers(from what I was told she was going to receive flowers from a fresh batch and they secured me that she was going to get flowers to the standards and quality that they had to offer, especially for the price they charge) today she finally received. Her new set of flowers to not only receive another set of dead, dried and broken flowers! I am truly disappointed and ***** a that they would do this not once but TWICE!! Urbanstem needs to reevaluate the people they have working for them to be out here shipping flowers like these to loved ones! I am so disappointed and angry that they have done this to me but more angry that they did this to my mother on her special day!! GET IT TOGETHER!!

    Words can't describe how beautiful my flowers are that I received for Mothers Day. All flowers were fresh and in different states of opening. But, the main surprise is the fragrance of "old world roses" that just doesn't exist in most floral arrangements today. Thank you for making a special day even more special.

    A flower delivery service cannot miss deliveries on important dates or should not be in business. I ordered for Mother's Day well in advance. They did not ship until the last minute before the intended arrival date. They blamed ***** for their error. The delivery will be 2 days after the date it was ordered for, breaking my daughter's heart. This was her gift for her mom. They refuse to give a full refund for their error.

    Dealing with this company has been an absolute nightmare. Don't do it. They ship through ****** My order has been stuck in a holding facility for 2 days. I sought reconciliation through Urban Stems, as these orders must be delivered in a timely fashion - not only due to my own personal constraints on timing, but because they're perishable! They offered a credit. I was ok with that until the order still had not arrived on the following day. I called and asked for a refund to my original form of payment, and they claimed that there are "terms and conditions" that state no refunds unless the order is damaged - but apparently, if you never get it, you cannot be refunded. At no point in the purchasing process was I presented with this information. I spoke to three different people. And I don't even know what the quality of the product is like, given the other negative reviews. I want a full refund to my original form of payment, not a credit to buy more garbage from them. Their "Customer Happiness Team" is more dedicated to being a massive headache than actually serving anyone. 0/10.

    Product delivered was about 1/3. The size of what was on the website. Complete rip-off.
