            They sent a technician out. We had minor parking restrictions around our house which were publicly known. The company did not research the parking restrictions beforehand, and pushed to reschedule even though there was an option available to allow cars to my house.The technician pushed to reschedule every step of the way. At the end, the technician was able to find parking which was a 60 second walk to my apartment. He stated that the walk was too far and refused service. It's clear he just didn't want to do the job.

            We responded to this service request by American Home Shied. The job was scheduled for 7/10/2024. The job was located in *************. The location of the customers home was in a restricted zone, because of the **** summit meeting. The ************** and other military officials instructed our technicians after going through two security check points, that our movement in the restricted area would be limited. Once we were informed we made a decision based upon National Security to inform the customer and cancel the service request and attempted to reschedule the customer at a more opportune time. We understand the necessity to accommodate customers, however our patriotism to the United States of American and other national and local authorities supersedes our standard business practices.
