I was going through my voice-mail when I came across a message saying they were V-tech solutions and were going to charge my checking account for software on my computer, I don't own a computer but have a lab top so I called the number on the voice-mail, upon receiving my call we immediately had an argument about the service, I was hung up on several times upon reaching them again I was told they needed my account information to complete the refund. I should have hung up right then and contacted my bank, I am unemployed and felt I needed to resolve immediately, when the information was obtained I was transferred to another man who pulled up my information, we proceeded with the transaction when it came time to transfer money I was told to type in the refund amount which was $299 as I typed the amount it skipped to a total of $2999, the man was upset and told me that this amount was now in my account, it did show up in my account but was immediately put on hold, I was then told the only way to resolve was to purchase a gift card from **** *** for $500 and send this amount to them to reduce the overpayment like a fool I did this request they told me I would have to do this 4 more times it was than I raised a red flag and demanded to speak to a manager I was told the manager is not on sight and he would call me, well I waited NO call was made after a few days the individual I had talked to told me he was suspended from his job and could not contact me, we proceeded with this process again only I told him I was not purchasing any more gift which frustrated him to contact his manager again this whole time he never let me speak with said manager he went as far as asking me to increase my credit card amount to telling me to get a loan from my bank to cover the overpayment all the time telling me a problem with reimbursement of my $500 was stopping the refund I had asked to speak with manager I have not heard from them since. My money is gone (my fault) please expose them.
