On Wednesday August 9th at 11:02 AM local time in Washington, D.C. I paid for a next day service to an international destination, Ensenada, B.C. México. I was informed that because it was international, the document( a legal document that was going to be given to a judge on August 14th of this year) was going to be delivered until Friday August 11th at the end of the day. I paid $111.46 dollars for the service. I tracked the document and on Friday around 4:00PM Ensenada time the delivery information was changed from the 11th to the 15th. But the document was delivered until August 17th. I tried to make the complaint to UPS and they have a very rude agents, they argued that because the address that I gave to deliver the document was remote they couldn't deliver it on time. The addres is ***** ******* ***** ***** ******* *********, Ensenada, BC ***** MX. That address is in a city south of San Diego and is very well known. That city has all the services, and at least 2 UPS stores on it that are advertise in ************************************************ I tried to use the automatic ups service in their web site to make the complaint and I received a message that instructed me to go to the store so they should make the complaint. I did that on August 14th,2023 and they made me believed that they made the complaint. On August 21th I went to ask for the reference number of my complaint and the manager promise me that he was going to send me the information but he sent me the tracking number of the package and my information. Today August 25th @ 10:00 AM I went to talk with the manager, thinking that he didn't understood what I asked him for, but instead he just gave me excuses and told me, "well, the package was delivered, right?" I told him, it was a legal document and no, it wasn't delivered on time. He,told me that he couldn't do more, that it was ups problem. I talked to another agent at UPS but ****, her name, is as rude as the person that I spoke the first time.
