    Beware!I paid National Records a ridiculous fee to obtain a copy of my birth certificate only to be advised by the state that they were not authorized to provide that service. After countless emails and phone calls, they kept my money and said have a nice day. I lost my money and 2 months of my precious time. I feel totally scammed by National Records. I would strongly advise anyone seeking a copy of official records to steer clear of National Records and go to Vital records for the state in question. My experience with National Records was one of the worst I have ever experienced. Save your money, save your time and save your piece of mind by not even considering using National Records for obtaining a copy of state documents.
