    December 28, 2023 - This business does not deserve one star. I have been trying to get a Hoyer Lift for my 91-year-old father for four months. I have called, texted, and emailed numerous times. In the rare occasion they answer the phone, they promise imminent delivery of the equipment that just never arrived. They simply should not be in business. I am disheartened that this business takes advantage of our vulnerable elders. Their treatment of my father is not only grossly egregious but near abusive. I cannot imagine what this business does to the elderly who don't have strong advocates on their side. I hope each of you with similar experiences will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
