    Please DO NOT order anything from this online scammer. Ordered my item then the stalling tactics began . Manufacture has a backlog, will ship when available. **. Then the excuses begin like a waterfall. Need ** license. .Need picture of license . We cannot open the file send a picture again. This went on until i canceled my card and fill out this form. Can some one who is my savvy on computers to get ****** to remove this scammer from ****** ?

    Liars, cheats. Do not buy from them. I purchased a head holder for CT back in 11/2023. Was told it would ship that week. Called again then told it would ship 12/16. Called again and told it would ship 1/11/24. They couldn't/wouldn't escalate to a supervisor. I told them I would hold and they hung up on me. They had no reason as to why they couldn't contact me to say it was delayed, why it was delayed etc. They are a scam company.

    Order was never received and it has been a month. I sent an email because they do not answer the phone, no reply.. Sent a second email informing them of order never received and to refund.

    It’s been a month haven’t heard from him paid $40 for socks and they ripped me off do not buy from this company if you want it within a decent amount of time because you ain’t gonna get nothing from them. They are a big rip off do not order anything from them. ..

    Ordered a nausea medication since May 1st till date no tracking, shipping nothing but the money was taken Pronto. Should have just bought peptobismol

    Order with care. Placed an order and didn't hear anything back a couple of weeks later (after being charged) and was told the item was on backorder for 1-2 weeks. No additional response, so contacted again 2 weeks later, and was told item was still on backorder with no idea when it would ship. The most frustrating part is the item is still listed as in stock on their website. Not great communication, and questionable ability to fulfill orders. I ended up cancelling, requesting a refund and ordering from another vendor who promised 3-day delivery.

    I believe this to be a fraudulent company. I placed an order in July and they immediately charged my credit card. Still haven't received the order or a requested refund and it is 3 months later. Do not use them for your medical or business supplies.

    Order had to ship out 5-8 business days. They kept on delaying it every week. Had to cancel the order after 4 weeks of waiting! Horrible customer service- Jason

    4 weeks in and still no order after numerous emails. I asked for a refund and this is what they said, “We are unable to cancel the item as the item has been shipped by the manufacturer and is coming to our warehouse. The item will be shipped, tomorrow and the tracking details will be sent to your email id.” That was 4 days ago and still no tracking details. I never would have done business with them if they would have said shipping would take so long. I still have no idea if I will receive anything and/or if I should contact my credit card company. I believe this is a case of fraud.
