    Flew out of ********************************** this past Sunday. Before my flight I stopped at the & pizza on ************* out a day later a mouse was running around the food. I've been sick all week. Started with a sore throat, then a headache and some muscle soreness.     Ordered online a gluten free crust pizza. Got to location. Informed that they are out of gluten free crust. Asked for refund. They were unable to do so. Said since it was online, contact by text. I did over w week ago. Still no reply no response. They stold my money

    This company has zero customer service. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone. They basically just stole my money and I received nothing for it. No food, no response, nothing. Joke of a business.

    &Pizza does not honor in-store & online advertised promotions. After a poor restaurant experience in addition to finding hair in my pizza, I contacted customer service by text since there is no phone number to connect with anyone. The rep I chatted with did nothing to resolve my issue, rather they made excuses, tried to send me back to the same location I was disrespected to receive a refund claiming it could not be processed on their end. I refused to go back to an establishment where customers are not honored and valued, pizza is not up to health standards and promotions are not being honored. Unfortunately, this company also refuses to provide a name or agent number when you speak to anyone so accountability is never there. When I’ve tried to opt-out of emails and texts, it is never successful which is a violation of the law. This is a trending complaint amongst other customers which I’ve found online. Considering my concerns and experience, it warrants such feedback to a higher level therefore I have taken my complaints to BBB, FTC and the local health dept. It’s very frustrating customer service was unable to assist me and make this right rather only made me realize just how much integrity &Pizza lacks.
