    Ugly cheaply made product only resembles their pictures and they will not guarantee your satisfaction. I tried to request return authorization and was denied. Garbage product & company! Buyer beware.

    I ordered a pillow, pillow cover, and quilt as a gift for someone. To date they have never received and I never got a refund.I ordered a number of pillow covers for myself. The quality is so poor that the seams rip as soon as you try to insert the pillow. On the website it looks as if the item is hand stitched and is marketed that way but it is not. These are mass produced poor quality items and I wasted nearly $300. I should have done my research. The company makes it look as If your order is made in the ** by hand. Imported cheap c*** that falls apart and doesnt look like the photos. Will never order again. Buyers beware!!!0

    The pictures they show on live is nothing like what you get! The stitching is nothing like the stitching you receive. The quality is horrible the quilt looks like it is worth $25 and nothing near the $139, plus an addition fee of $4 plus dollars that is not mentioned anywhere! Please save your money, because it is a bait and switch tactic and they will not take the inferior product back!

    Scam!!!! Do yourself a favor dont buy . When you contact them and tell them they misrepresented the product, they claim that there're may be "slight differences" when in reality the "difference" is like apples and oranges. They have a virtual address in *****************, but the company is really in *****. Everything made in ***** is cheap, that's why they *** a good Ole USA address.

    Quilt was not as described nor does it compare at all the the photos on their website. It has the same print but not the batting and the wonderful stitching shown on every single one of their photos. As it turned out, the stitching with the batting makes a HUGE difference of the product's quality I received

    I wish I read reviews first - a one star rating is too good for this company. They are a complete sham - the 'handcrafted' tree skirt I ordered in Nov 2025 arrived in late February (too late to stop credit card payment). I had to follow up with their customer service repeatedly, often without getting any response. The skirt was nothing like pictured in their website. Instead it was made of cheap polyester fabric, smelled strange, and colors (dark ****** were complete different from vibrant red/white colors on high quality fabric shown on website, and smelled. Worst of all, the 'hand-stitching' shown in their photographs turned out to be 90% printed stitches on the fabric. There was a small amount of quilting but in this case the stitches were clearly machine-made. When I went back to the website, I realized the reviewer rating was fake - they showed 4.7 star rating with over ***** reviews but in fact you couldn't click on reviews. **************** was completely unhelpful and refused to give a refund - they just repeatedly saying they can't provide refund if item is within the 20% difference from their website. Despite providing pictures, they refused to honor their stated policy to have customers be happy with purchase. They don't provide phone # and they don't let customers provide rating/reviews. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. An F rating from BBB is too generous. I'm throwing this garbage away - not good enough to bother donating.

    This company is a scam. Don't purchase from them. After a month of not receiving information in product shipping or a tracking number I contacted them. What I learned is while the business information indicates they are located in Washington DC, the product is actually made in China. The website is misleading and I informed them of that. I finally received the product which was listed as a 3 pc quilted bedding set. What a received was a light weight cotton blanket with a design screened on. The 2 pillow sham has a noticeable color variation from the quilt. Vantique the definition of a quilt is a warm bed covering made of padding enclosed between layers of fabric and kept in place by lines of stitching, typically applied in a decorative design. Maybe you should change the website to what your product really is a blanket with a screen design, made by sewing two pieces of material together

    What a shame I didn't read the reviews first. This company is a China SCAM! All they want is your money and either give you nothing or junk. Please don't be fooled by the photos they put online. You won't get that! The customer service don't even let you know when it's delivered. What a scam !

    Can you give zero stars?This is a complete scam. They advertise handmade quilts that look beautiful, and you end up with a screen printed moving blanket. Absolute fraud.

    One of the worst FB ads as far as bait and switch and fraud. FB is just as bad, as they say this doesn’t go against their advertising standards. What you receive is not even close to the pictures. Then the company lies and says it’s within their 20% difference parameter.
