This company and like ALL Recruiting agencies hiring these corrupt scamming Indian people are all the same. They E-mail you with a job description and when you call them they ask you for all your information for getting a job (in this case an Urgent need) and when you provide the requested info in E-mails they NEVER contact you back. These scammers I had to call on Tuesday morning to get an update because they told me I would have an interview that day. In the background it sounded like they were having a party rather than doing their job. They never even contacted the client to schedule one or get back in touch with me for an update that day. I gave them till the next day and they NEVER called again so I contacted them at 3:45 PM Wednesday where they advised they would have to contact the client. I told them they have an hour to contact me back. I gave them till 5 PM EST. They NEVER called back. This is TYPICAL Indian BS! I got the number for the client and left a message. Why companies hire these scumbag scammers I have no idea! Start yhe deportation process going rather than hiring these corrupt scammers! I now delete any E-mail I receive from Indian scammers. Waiting to hear back from the client still. If I could give 0 stars I would give negative stars.

I spoke to Dan N***** finding work through his Hire IT People and during the phone call he asked me to provide payslips from my previous job. I never mentioned anything about pay. Him asking me to provide proof of salary history is illegal in DC. ************************************************************************************************************************

It looks like there is some confusion, I apologize if there are any miscommunications. I recall that you came from one of our top client references and you have emailed requesting sponsorship for an E3 Visa or an H1B to work in the USA, I quickly answered your phone call and connected via emails. We do not ask for pay history but we ask about your pay expectations, kindly recall our conversations and emails. Please see your email and my email response copied below, I have sent links to support your job search with a resume template, E3 Visa information, sample jobs from our clients, and employee benefits. Please contact me with any clarifications, and I will do my best to work with you to find you a suitable job placement. Please note that I stated in my email that "we will revert back with salary range and benefits" my email did not request your salary history and honestly I do not recall asking your pay history in the USA as you clearly stated that you do not have a work permit and require sponsorship to work. Our company has a clean record with BBB, our clients and I regret any inconvenience this may have caused to you due to a poor phone connection or language in my emails. YOUR EMAIL My name is XXXX and I am currently looking for data related work in the US. I have 5 years experience in Business Intelligence and Data Engineering and recently graduated with First Class Honors from a Bachelor of IT Honors at XXXXX University of Technology in Australia. The focus of my honours degree was machine learning and computer vision using python. My goal is to combine the machine learning and python programming skills I gained through my Honors study with my industry experience in BI and data engineering to create data driven outcomes for business. I believe data science type roles would give me that opportunity but am not limiting myself to only looking for roles with that label. I see any role which gives me the opportunity to use and further strengthen my skills as a great opportunity for learning and growth as a data professional. I was referred to you and Hire It People by XXXXX because your company was on file as having sponsored visas before. To work in the US I will need sponsorship for an E3 visa or H-1B. The E3 visa process is considerably less complicated so I am targeting that visa. MY RESPONSE Thank you for taking the time to speak with me today, please send us a copy of your resume in word format. We will revert back with a salary range and benefits. In the meantime, please prepare a list of questions and send us an email, so that we can answer and jump into action. At any time, please set up a meeting directly with me if you have any questions.
