      On 12/14/2023 I was trying to purchase Frontier airline tickets. I was having trouble on the website and needed to speak to someone to assist. I did not see a phone number on the website so I googled it and found **************. I called and a man who identified himself as **** stated that he could help me book the flight. He went through all of the questions and emailed me a snippet of the flight with our names and asked that I reply to the email with confirmation to charge my credit card and that he would email me back the flight confirmation/ticket. I confirmed the purchase and waited but did not receive any other email or ticket information from him. I called back and he hung up on me. I immediately called my credit card company and told them that I felt he was fraudulent and asked to shut the credit card off. He had already charged the $472. I was told that they would do an investigation. When I received a letter from my credit card company stating that they would not honor my request to remove the charge as it was not fraudulent I called them back. They said that the company had shown that I approved them to charge me. Which yes is true - however it is still fraudulent since I never received the airline ticket. They said I needed to call and ask for a refund directly from Airline ***************** Every time I call the ************ number and explain that I need to speak to a manager, they hang up on me. I am very frustrated and am in need of that money. I am a single mother who is struggling.

      I reserved airline tickets and was told I had 24 hours to chancel for a refund. The agent made me think I was talking with ******** Airlines. So I cancelled that same day with ******** Airlines but when I responded to the email from the agent she informed me that it was not cancelled and that I could not get a refund but a credit. She totally lied to me. I even brought it to her attention on the email and she said that the no refund did not pertain to me since I had upgrade seating. This company is a scam making you think you are taking directly to the airlines.

      My wife and I had a flight from Kansas City International to Denver International airport in June. My wife got covid and they were supposed to refund us the money. After 4 to 5 different calls with them, I still have not received the money. Each time they will say it will be refunded in a couple of days or a week and never shows up.
