      I placed an order. It took over a month for me to get an item. I requested a 2xl. It was coming from China. When I got it, it was an extra small. They had cut the tag out of the middle. The item was inside of an 2xl bag. They had to send me a label through the mail. I shipped it out the same day. I still don't have the item or my money. I paid $134.99.

As per our conversation, it was determined that she ordered this item through a company known as SA STYLE. Matter closed.

      Date of transaction: March 27th, 2023 Amount $134.99 Order #15986- Gardenia Short Sleeve Dress April 17th, 2023- I sent an email about status on order as tracking # provided could not locate proper information on their shipping site. April 17th, 2023- Company provided same link, stated it was processed and shipped. Could take 2-4 weeks. May 2nd, 2023- I sent an email about order status May 2nd, 2023- Company stated same copy/paste response. 2-4 weeks. May 8th, 2023- Submitted a return request for the order due to not receiving the item. May 29th, 2023- Company responded apologizing, stated a refund was sent for processing. May 29th, 2023- I sent an email on asking where the refund will go, since my card # changed. June 5th, 2023-Company stated they will make a follow up request regarding the refund.

      I purchased a black quilted Blazer in a size XL from SA Styles. Their website shows a XL in inches is 29 inches across the shoulders. The blazer they sent has a 2XL tag in the blazer but when I measured it across the shoulders its only 17 inches, thus making the blazer too small and too tight. I contacted SA styles the same day I received the blazer. They said they do not offer refund due to sizing issues even though I sent a picture of their sizing chart and the tape measurements of the blazer showing 17 inches versus 29 inches. You could clearly see their measurements were off. This is their fault not mine. After weeks (since Feb 28) of going back and forth via email, they put the blazer on sale and now they are telling me they do not give refunds on sale items. They are trying to give me a store credit which I refused to accept. I do NOT want to do business with this company. Their website states, "Money Back Guaranteed" and "Easy returns". I want my refund of $129.99 credited to my card and I want the BBB to do whatever needs to be done to shut down SA Styles LLC so they cannot continue to take advantage and scam others.

      Placed order on 2/6, shipped on 2/14. Wasn’t expecting item to be shipped from China for one thing. Says on website contact us if not received in 30 days, will issue refund if not received in 45 days per their FAQs. With each email from support they have ignored my request for explanation about not receiving a refund until today when they said they can’t refund because it’s already been shipped. However, I am unable to track the package and they are unable to provide me the with packages location or any tracking information. No way to know if this package was ever shipped.

      Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint and have determined that this does not resolve my  issue.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. **In order for the bureau to continue to assist you, you MUST provide your view on the matter or your complaint will be closed as answered. The company has consistently copied and pasted the same answer to me. I understand the item has been shipped. Their estimated arrival to me was on March 7th, and after that date what little tracking information I had disappeared. They keep saying that I cannot be refunded because the order was already shipped. There is no mention of that under their return policy on their FAQs page. Every time I have emailed them and asked why they are not honoring what it actually says on their website, they just say because it is already shipped. This order was placed on 2/6/23, shipped 2/14/23. Today is 4/11/23 and they cannot provide me with any other information other than "its shipped." I followed the FAQs instructions and notified them on day 30 that I had not received the item, and then again on day 45 to process my full refund as the FAQs state. The event I purchased this dress for has come and gone. Today is day 64 since ordering. Regardless of the item being shipped, I should be given a full refund because they cannot guarantee that I will actually receive the item and they should honor what is actually presented on their website.       I made a purchase on wdstyles.com on February 12th. Order number #129196 was for $339.97. Second order #129197 was for $109.99. Order #129196 was never received and the event is long gone. Order #129197 was order by mistake and canceled, still no refund. I have requested a full refund of $449.96 in total for both orders. I no longer want or need any of the product. I have been emailing for several weeks now and continue to get the run around.

      I ordered 2 items back in February of 2023. I first got an notification from UPS that it was delivered to tri-city, in. So I contacted ups and was told to contact g-studios. I’ve been communicating with them ever since Marcos 2023. I’ve been given a fake tracking # and they will not refund saying the item shipped. My last contact was the March 21, 2023 and no reply since. I’ve attached the emails between me and g-studios. This company has multiple addresses in DE. I just want my $174.98 returned

      It has been 7 and a half weeks since I placed my order on January 29, 2023. Order# 14040. An initial tracking number; DHL eCommerce tracking number: ***********************6690001 was sent on February 9th. After the tracking information never updated, I emailed the company several times and received the same response that the order is on its way. I finally contacted the delivery service carrier DHL and they never received the item. I repeatedly emailed the company and they had no answers for me just excuses. 6 emails and one phone call and they can’t give me any information regarding my order and they won’t issue me a refund.

      On 2/18/23, I order (2) blazers from SA Styles. Order #14820 was confirmed. Tracking number ****************60 was confirmed to track order. I notice the delivery date kept changing? It will change from day to day, giving a delivery date of the following day? The items were ordered for a very special day that included my Godmother, whom was under hospice care. She has since passed and the service was Saturday, 3/18/2023. I never received blazers to surprise her with!! I do not want nor product now and have called and emailed for the past 2 weeks. I only receive their so-called answering service or no one at all! They have failed terribly to fulfill their end of the shopper/merchant relationship and I now have zero confidence in them ever desiring to do so! My payment was made through SEZZLE in full, whom have been giving me the run around as well!! Makes me feel as though they are bed partners since I'm the one left holding an empty bag!!

      I placed an order for a dress on January 24, 2023. I paid over $114 for this purchase. It is now March 7, and I have not received my order. The tracking information seems to be stuck after indicating it would be received March 1 or 2. Now it says nothing about receipt of my order. I have reached out to customer service more than 5 times. I initially reached out on February 6 asking for my order to be canceled after reading all of the complaints about SA Styles, and realizing my dress would not arrive in time. I was told they "would try" but may not be possible. Two days later I received the tracking number saying it had been shipped. This business is clearly fraudulent and taking advantage of people and their money. What can we do to put a stop to this. I have since asked for a refund, but have not received responses to my emails. Save your money people, and DO NOT purchase from this company.

      I placed an order for a dress from S/A STYLES approximately 2.5 months ago. I should have found it odd that I never got a confirmation email nor an order number for the purchase. The dress arrived jammed into a small plastic mailing envelope WITHOUT AN INVOICE, NOTE, LETTER FROM THE COMPANY. NOTHING. The quality of this dress is extremely poor quality and fit all around. The the cost I paid is NOT reflected in any way shape or form in this dress. I have been in touch with S/A STYLES about the quality, sizing and 1.5 month delay in shipping. They INSIST that an invoice had been sent along with the dress at shipping. The invoice is necessary for a return of course. This company should be shut down and should non longer be allowed to peddle the subpar garments that they sell. They seem to purposely "forget" to send invoice out & along with the items to prevent customers from returning these over priced clothes & accessories. I did not o my due diligence when purchasing this dress and that is a BHUGE mistake. I want to prevent others from making the same mistake. Head to your local Goodwill and you will find much higher quality items for less money. This dress is a total waste of money at $260.00 and will be headed to the local Goodwill and will most likely be priced NEW WITH TAGS at less than $10.00.
