Initially, my account was with a different company until this one bought them out. They came out one time and made my problem worse in January 2021. I told them at that time I wanted to cancel services. They continued to send me monthly bills with a negative balance. I called again in March 2021 to cancel all services. I still continued to be charged. In June 2019 I called AGAIN to cancel services. I continued to receive bills and yesterday, I got a letter stating my debt would be sent to a debt collection agency. I have not used their services since last year, I tried multiple times to cancel the account and was assured it would be. When I called yesterday, a woman answered and as I explained my situation, I was met with ignorance, hostility and anger. How is she angry that I owe a company for services that were not rendered, that could negatively impact MY credit? She proceeded to be rude and arrogant and when she finally understood what I was trying to say, she hung up on me. So, I called back and asked to speak with a supervisor and was told I would receive a call back at the end of the day. I never received a call back, I never heard anything else, I still apparently owe for services I canceled and they couldn't care less. The service, customer service and communication is beyond ridiculous. I will never recommend them to anyone, if anything, I will do a service to my community by warning them not to get involved with these people. They should be ashamed that their customer service representatives belittle their customers. If they send my debt to collections without at the very least responding to why they charged me AFTER I canceled services, I will talk to my attorney.
