    Because I knew of Herbert Brown, I didn’t know he was medically sick, his Doctor called me to say he should not be @ work. Herbert had 12 present days @ work out of 21 days. He didn’t complete the job to my satisfaction. I told him that he was stressing me out. I gave the case to a lawyer but it was too stressful to believe Herbert would not financially compensate me for a refund of materials either. I vapid him for a quality job but he bought a lot of cheap material & we had those conversations. I needed to share my story with BBB. I think I’m entitled a refund of up to $1000. Thank You Sincerely

    I decided I need to take my case to same claims because it's not fair that Herbert Brown thinks he's done no wrong & when i told him that I would, he just text me back & said okay. Knowing that he agreed to guarantee his work.
