    Order quilts the sewing job is so bad and it took almost month and a half to receive never again. Pictures on site nice but quality is extremely poor.

    Horrible company they don't honor what is written on their site. The quality of the materials is not as described. I reached out to customer service and even asked about store credit after the blanket I received as a quilt was as thin as a sheet. You can't even see the image with the quality it is. The site clearly stated 100% refund and when I contacted them they offered 25%. I pade $70 for a twin sheet. I have pictures of the site refund policy and they still would not honor it

    AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST 64 Hydro if I could give them -5 stars I would, they are nothing but scammers. I am happy for the people who had no issue with them and I'm glad it worked out for you. I ordered an items from 64 Hydro for my family for Christmas 12/6/2022. I have yet to received them or heard any updates on the status of my order. When I contacted customer service, I get a person with a fake profile picture and name. I get the run around about the status of an update and to make matters worse; they end the chat before I could get my problem resolved. Then they make it so, I can't get back through for hours to resolve my issues. 64 Hydro I am very disappointed in you, and I had to spend more money to replace the items I was supposed to get from you. I hate to be a Karen especially this time of the year, but you took my hard-earned money. People, please avoid this company at all costs!!!!!

    I purchased a viking bedspread and pillowcase set. The photo looked really nice and the price was $80.00 so I figured it would be decent. I received my order in two weeks, which wasn't bad. However, the quality was Walmart quality, and that is being generous. It is unlikely that I will be a repeat customer for this company.

    Ordered a Christmas ornament weeks ago. Still haven’t received it. Only email I have received is that a shipping label was created( Oct. 11th), but usps still has not received it. It’s now the 30th and tracking still says the same thing. Horrible.

    Horrible company. AVOID them! Ordered a size 3X shirt, received a size small. Tried to respond to one of their e-mails, they ask you to enter a code they send you, but after six different codes, it never worked. Expensive shirt that I cannot wear!!

    I have purchased quite a few of the tumblers, I absolutely love them good material beautiful colors, highly recommend them, as it is I'm going to buy more my friends absolutely love them, and the price are really reasonable, the variety they have is awesome, ????????

    I personally have not had any issues with 64hydro. However, my good friend next door has had nothing short of a nightmare when it comes to receiving her tracker bottle. She ordered it over one month ago and they're giving her the run-around about it being shipped, that it will be sent to her. They even went as far as to say it would be delivered by 7 p.m. last night, 6/21/22. It never came. USPS says it's still pending acceptance. When she checks tracking it's still out in limbo someplace. She's yet to get her merchandise. She's contacted the 64Hydro office twice and Live Chat once. 64Hydro needs to be held accountable and accomodate customers who are having issues with receiving their merchandise.
