  I never heard of them or even dealt with them. But somehow they got my debit card info and charged me a dollar, I know a dollar is not a lot but if they charged thousands or millions dollar then that’s a lot. And where is their debit card info coming from! I call during their business hours and a recording says sorry you just missed us and have a good weekend. BBB HELP!! They obviously have stolen information!

  These guys threw me a low ball offer that no driver would accept just to get me to sign exclusively with them, which means if i contact another carrier and have it transported they charge me $175, then on the day my boat was supposed to be moved they contact me saying they're willing to cancel My contract cuz they can't find a driver willing to transport it for the quote they gave me. So all they really did was prevent me from finding a capable transporter to move my boat on the day I needed it moved. It's companies like this that are ruining the industry and make it impossible to get something transported the day you schedule it.

  Jeremy, we apologize for any misunderstanding or inconvenience caused. We understand your frustration, Sir. It’s not easy to move , especially if not everything goes as scheduled. We are really trying to do our best to match customer’s requirements. We ask customers to sign exclusively with one company due to the reason that we are using the same system with other companies to find available options for pick up. If your vehicles\load posted by multiple companies for pick up drivers will ask for more money only because of it. In the text messages your shipping agent notified that it was not a matter of the quoted rate, there was no driver available on your requested date, unfortunately. If it would be a matter of the price she would provide you with other options to consider, Sir.

  I was 1st very impressed with the level of service provided by the sales dept, they went out of their way to produce the best rate on the market ($30-200 less than competitors), very professional to say the least. The driver was very transparent, he provided a cotact where i can reach him prior to delivery he was also prompt, precise and he followed instructions extremely well. I would recommend GetCarrier any time I hear the services are needed.Thank you GetCarrier!

  Eva was flawless! She arranged for our car to travel 2,000 miles with a great carrier with a pickup within 3 days and drop off 5 days thereafter. Door to door without any issue or worry.

  I am confident and certain that I chose the best company that I could find to help me with my move cross country! I made many calls and spoke to a list of individuals prior to finding Carrier, the prices and the feedback o received left me feeling uncertain. After speaking with the team at Carrier, the language and paperwork they shared was clear and concise. I had confirmation within the hour after completing the forms, and the driver called me several times along the way with updates. They were kind enough to spend extra time with me upon drop off to secure my rental car return and then switching over to my own vehicle. Thank you for getting ‘Carmella’ (2014 Corolla) home safely through heavy storms and rains in AZ/CA along the way, and for arriving one day early!

  After looking through many carriers and reviews, it became clear to me that most companies are low-ballers who just want your attention and full of nonstop phonecalls (some I still get a week after delivery), but Tom was not this way. I got a single daily text and a phone call, and would answer my questions without obnoxiously fighting for my business. Other companies would not stop calling or texting and bad mouthing other companies.
  I knew that the quote was an estimate, and as a student, I had a relatively strict budget and Tom really helped me stay within range and be transparent about pricing. I asked how much it would go up, and he did all he could to try to find a carrier in the range (versus other carriers who doubled from the quoted price). I was quoted at $900, he said it would probably be around $1000, given that the carrier sets the price, and he would try and keep it under $1000 for me (the delivery was over 2,000 miles).
  The final price I paid was $1100, but he was able to get me a carrier with an enclosed transport which was amazing. GOLZ transportation was the transport company and I had no problems with them either.
  Overall, I'd say that Get Carrier sticks closer to their quoted price than other companies (who doubled their prices when I said I had decided to go with a different carrier) and are the more respectful of companies. I really appreciated Tom's help. He was available during working hours and answered anything I had. I'd definitely use this company again.
