I deposited funds into my account to purchase an item on this site (see screenshot on deposits). There is no notice that when you deposit funds into your account you cannot withdraw them once deposited. I tried to buy an item on this site and the seller of the item canceled the order, relisted the item at a higher price, which is why I deposited more and canceled the order again. The item was then delisted and no longer available. Since the item is no longer on this website I wanted to withdrawal my funds from my account. I opened a support ticket on CSFloat and I was advised that I can only withdraw funds on profits I make on the account (Buying an item and then selling it). There is no clear warning when depositing funds that the funds will not be able to be withdrawn if the item you want to purchase gets de-listed or the seller cancels the sale(see CSfloat Terms, CSFloat Deposit window screenshot). The terms of service do not seem to have any verbiage on not being able to withdraw your deposited funds. My funds are now stuck in my account and the item I was trying to buy is no longer on the market. This seems predatory because terms do not mention about this deposit limitation when depositing and item I originally wanted is no longer available. A refund of my deposited money is how I would like to settle this dispute. Also if possible requiring this business to warn users that funds deposited will not be available to withdraw, this missing warning should prevent this issue from happening for other users.
