I bought my 2017 Hyundai Elantra in 2019. Within 8 months my roof started pealing paint. I received a letter from Hyundai regarding the faulty paint. I've been trying to get in contact with someone from Hyundai because I need this fixed. No one will talk to you or return any of my calls. I've tried every means possible. I will be showing up to the Collision repair service and speaking to someone to make an appointment. I just want to say to anyone considering buying ANYTHING from Winner Ford Hyundai, don't do it!!! Go somewhere else, the customer service is horrible!

We bought our Hyundai and paid 5024$ for an extended service contract. They put the service contract though using my nickname instead of my real name and now are refusing to honor the contract. Have spoken to the sales manager and he will not return my calls and neither will the finance office. I am a diabled senior veteran and no one in that business has the decency to retirn my calls.

I brought a car with check in hand. The loan officer who does the paperwork wanted all my information the bank gave me. I call my credit union who said they only need the check and a 4 digit verification. I have brought many cars and never had to give the dealer my promissory note with me and my bank. When I didn't give it to her, she went to make a copy for my records. As she was doing this she wrote on the papers I initial on and put in my folder. My issue is I had already signed and so she did this without my knowledge. This is illegal. I call to let the sales manager know but feel he really doesn't fine an issue with this crooked behavior. I believe this may not be the first time she's done this. The sale part experience prior to that was awesome.

Back in March 2021 I heard about a recall on the kona engine so i called to hyuandai service and the girl says we dont have enough information on it yet we will notify you when we do, never heard anything thought all was good, so I took my 2020 hyuandai kona in for an oil change on 9/2022, after I left from my oil change that usually always takes about 2 hours I was on my way home and my engine light started flashing, so I called them and they tell me to bring it in right away, I was pretty mad, so when I came back in the girl says we installed the software for the recall that's suppose to detect engine vibration for the recall I don't remember her telling me that so she wanted to argue with me at the desk about her telling me, that was very unprofessional so she gets my keys goes out about 10 min later comes back in says here is a loaner key we have to put a new engine in your car, it has the piston slap and I could hear the tapping when you pulled in! So I said so you let me leave if you could hear it? What would've happened if I kept driving it? "Your car would've went into limp mode and would not go over 25mph" I'm pretty upset at the fact that I know that one of those maintenance people knew that something was wrong with my car and let me leave knowing what could potentially happen, they knew I had children because there was a carseat in the back of my car! I dont have much faith in their maintenance mans ability to do an engine install, I called the corporate office it took a week for a call back they didn't provide any type of answer whatsoever The lady said that I was lucky that I was able to get a loaner car, like it was my fault the hyuandai put a faulty engine in my vehicle I was planning on trading my car in for a new tucson in Feb,I will be taking my business elsewhere I will never buy another car from this placeI have called and left a message with the manager and he has yet to call me back and that was 2 1/2 weeks ago, their customer service is awful

I called again today 11/7/2022 because I haven't heard anything, girl stated it was going to be atleast another 2-3 weeks!! Receptionionist wasn't pleasant as usual, just stated they only had 2 techs and there was 2 other installs to do before mine, worst experience ever. Can't wait to get my car back and take my business elsewhere and be done with Hyuandai.
