    I’ve purchased Chebe Butter numerous times and was very satisfied with the product. My recent order of the same product had a diffence appearance, different ingredients and omitting the main ingredient of Chebe Powder. The company continues to advertise Chebe Butter including Chebe Powder. Very unfortunate. The product was amazing. I’ve asked for a refund for my recent order. oneofkynd@yahoo

    I ordered products from Chebeauty and they worked great . My issue is the business practices . Chebeauty advertised for their products in a kit. I thought it was a sampler. I was paying 7.99 for shipping and handling. My credit card gave a phone number for the company and I found two more phone numbers online of which none of them work. The number chase provided is not in use and the other two have music but no ringing without answering.. I carefully looked for the word subscription on the ad and didn’t see it. Then 2 weeks later I get a email stating my credit card is being charge $60. for a subscription. I was tricked . The biggest let down but how many others fell for it too.

    I ordered from this company chebeauty, I did not received my order as stated by the company (approx 7 days). They sent me a UPS tracking number and the tracking said that the company created a label but had not shipped yet. They did not ship it until three weeks later. They have poor customer service. They would not offer a refund and it has been a nightmare waiting for my order to be delivered. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

    Chebe company initially had great products but has discontinued the best deep conditioner ever, in addition the formulas have changed like the leave in conditioner has big black dirt particles and not the intial beige no black particles formula. The chebe butter was light grey initially and has almost resulted in a black hair butter. I requested an explanation and was told the formulary contents have been improved but not at all!! I suspended my subscriptions as what I ordered was not received or orders each week were missing items or items not ordered were shipped to me. Plain and simple not a company with integrity or respect for consumers!!!! Especially with their conflicting responses and fraudulent products!!!!!!!!. DO NOT ORDER PRODUCTS LABELS WILL REMAIN THE SAME BUT THE INGREDIENTS CHANGE AND THE COLOR OF THE PRODUCTS ARE NOT FOR BLONDE OR GREY HAIR ANYMORE. pRODUCT TOO DARK!!!!! The rating scale should reflect DO NOT PURCHASE BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I ordered from Chebeauty a week ago. The tracking information stated it would ship as soon as it was picked up from UPS. I finally received the tracking number and UPS said it would be shipped and mailed in a day. The last tracking information I received this morning was the package was empty, and UPS would reach out to Chebeauty. This is a scam company, and please, do not be fooled like I was.     I ordered hair products from this company and they shipped me plastic bags not thrvhair product bundles that I ordered. They changed the shipping number on the tracking order to the order number on the plastic bags shipped I received and then stated that my order had been delivered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I tried to contact the company but had no luck. I paid through PayPal. I hope they can get my funds refunded.

    Chebeauty LLC's customer service is lacking. I ordered the Chebe Butter and received the Chebe Paste. There's a difference in the consistency of the two products; the Butter is darker in color than the Paste. When I emailed them about the discrepancy they said, "...it's important to note that variations in color and texture can occur between batches." Chebeauty snookered me. They sent me the Paste and won't own up to it. So, I don't know what I'll get when I order from them. It's a shame and disgrace. I will report them to whomever I need for them to become accountable. This company has no integrity. Be very careful when ordering from Chebeauty LLC.

    Chebeauty has no professionalism and no customer skills at all. Customer service needs improving, Chebeauty thinks they can send you what they want to send you, and not what you order. I ordered two different bundles with three items in each bundle. Chebeauty sent me two items from each bundle. I emailed them and told Chebeauty that my order was wrong. Destiny at Chebeauty emailed “Hi Joyce, Upon checking your order, That's exactly what you ordered, that's why there are two missing items. I’m sorry to inform you, that we no longer offer the Chebe Deep conditioner and Hair mist and have removed this product from our website entirely. I can offer to refund you for the product (you will receive the refund on the payment method that you paid for the order with) or can instead offer you a $25 store credit that you can use on any future Chebeauty order of any size! Please let me know what you prefer, and I’ll be happy to make it right for you! Best regards, Destiny." I haven’t received one thing from Chebeauty. They don’t stand behind what's on their website. This company refuses to take any responsibility for what they sent me. I received multiple emails asking how I would rate their products, but nothing about the products I ordered. Please get your act together Chebeauty. Do not recommend them because they do not stand behind customer service.

    This company is not worth buying any hair products from, because if you have to return any of the hair products to them you wsnt hear from them nor will you get your money back.It have been 2 months and I haven't heard from them nor have I gotten my $54.99 back and I had to pay $14.99 S&H.
