Subject: Request to File a Dispute – Unauthorized Product Delivery and Charges I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out regarding a dispute concerning an unauthorized transaction with Herbalean for Order #16139. Despite my clear and repeated communications to cancel the order, the company proceeded to ship the product against my explicit wishes, which I feel is an unfair and coercive practice. Background: 1. Order and Cancellation Attempts: o On November 11, 2024, I initially requested the cancellation of the order as it had not been shipped. o Despite follow-ups, the company failed to acknowledge my requests and shipped the product on December 2 after I filed the dispute with my bank on November 25. 2. Dispute Initiation: o Due to the company's unresponsiveness, I filed a dispute on November 25, 2024. 3. Continued Issues: o Following the dispute, the company contacted me to ask that I "try the product for 30 days" despite my clear refusal and request for a refund. o They insisted I return the product at my expense, although the shipment was against my will. 4. Product Delivery Against My Will: o The company informed me that the product was delivered, but it is crucial to note this was done against my will and in direct violation of my explicit cancellation requests. I have attached all relevant correspondence for your review, including my initial cancellation requests, the company’s responses, and the timeline of events. Resolution Request: Given the above, I am requesting to file a dispute for the following reasons: 1.The product was shipped against my will after multiple clear cancellation attempts. 2.The company has refused to cover the cost of return shipping despite acknowledging my cancellation request. 3.Their business practices appear coercive, as they attempted to force me into retaining the product despite my lack of consent. 4. Ordered this product on November 8 and was told 4-8 days i would receive it. November 15 i asked for refund and no reply. Now they tell me it will be December 18. Before it may ship. This is not acceptable and now they want to maybe give me store credit for other product. I don’t want other products. On August 13, 2024 I placed an order for Herbalean capsules. There were 2 transactions. One was for 34.00. The other was for 67.05, totaling $101.05. I did not receive my order until several weeks later. I took the product with no results, which were promised. The website clearly states “If you are not 100% satisfied, just send an email & get a full refund. No questions asked.” I sent an email explaining I was not pleased with the results & kindly asked for a refund. The customer service rep Esma (Emily) asked me a lot of questions regarding which meds I am currently taking. Then she proceeded to tell me the manager would send me a free diet plan to follow along with another bottle of pills. I politely declined it after several emails & told her I would like my money back or would report this to the BBB. I have received no response. Can you please help me get my money back? I ordered 3 bottles of GLPure on 8/27/2024. I received all 3 bottles on 9/6/2024. The stated refund policy was 60 day money back guarantee. I would not have ordered if there was no guarantee. The order totaled $145.80, which I charged to my MasterCard. I tried the product (pills) for a few weeks and on 9/24/2024 emailed asking for a full refund per their policy. I was told they will give me a store credit, and I replied I want a full refund to my credit card per their refund policy. I reached out to my credit card bank to start a disputed charge since the vendor was not honoring their refund policy. My bank, Citibank, said I have to reach out to the vendor which I did. There were several emails back-and forth in which I repeated that I was a full refund to my credit card and Herbalean said they will give a store credit. In my most recent email to Herbalean, I wrote that a store credit is not a refund. They offered, as a courtesy a 30 % refund. But that is not honoring their refund policy of 100%. I asked a question on Herbalean website regarding a product prior to buying it. I cannot swallow capsules. I asked if they can be opened up & put in a shake,,they said yes, as long as you can take the taste of it. So I ordered a bottle. It cost me $70 with shipping.,.. I used one capsule and it tasted so disgusting they’re no way anybody could open it up & drink it. But I ordered because their website and all advertising shows a “100% money back guarantee, full refund within 60 days for any reason”. I’ve had approx 7 emails back & forth with them and they REFUSE to refund my money. I’ve even attached photos of THEIR guarantee and they state they only give STORE CREDIT! I purchased this product in July and it was delivered on 7/24/24. The whole reason I purchased it was due to their 60 day money-back guarantee. I tried the product and not only didn’t it work, it caused me gastric distress. On 9/20/24, I told them I wanted to get a refund per their policy. First, the agent told me I was not within my guarantee, which was false. When I educated her on the fact that she was wrong, and I would contact you if they went back on their guarantee, she replied and tried to get me to buy more product. I told her I am not interested and to give me my money back and, have not heard back from her in two weeks. I also contacted them on Facebook and was told they would reply but have not. I received their product on July 17, 2024. Their website at the time stated they offered a 90-day money back guarantee and their website states they offer a 60-day money back guarantee, no questions asked. On August 30, 2024, I requested a refund. They responded back trying to get me to keep the product and offered 50% refund if I kept it or they would issue a full refund if not. I followed up stating I wanted a full refund since I did not want the product. Then they wrote back on September 13th stating they can't issue a refund. Since then, they do not reply to any of my emails and not honoring their own refund policy. They already said they would issue a refund and then changed their mind and now ignoring me. I have requested from their website support email, details on returning 2 of 3 items ordered. I have not received a response to my RMA request, although their website indicated a satisfaction guarantee. It states within 30 days of receipt. Their delay is pushing this closer to the 30 days from shipment, which was delayed 2 weeks beyond what was indicated when I ordered. On our about June 1, 2024, I purchased a three month supply of a GLPlus from Herbalean. I was very hopeful this product would work for me. However, each timer took the medication, I ended up with a migraine. Their policy states that is a 60 day moneyback guarantee no questions asked. That is faults. A blatant lie on their page. Upon writing the company, I was advised this was all natural and should not cause this issue. Onions are natural too but guess what I cannot eat them they cause migraines. They are not my medical provider and they do not know my extensive health history. Then they came back offering a 40% refund. This is not what their online policy states and they are lying to people for them to lock into an order. I am not going to take something that is clearly triggering migraines for me.
