    Transaction date is 1/27/23 This merchant’s website notes that I can return the item for any reason. The item arrived in the wrong size and poorly made. The stitching was unraveling, the jacket had two different colors of white, the jacket was dirty with lint and had a bad smell to it. The merchant refused to take the item back and tried to bribe me to keep the item by offering me less than half of the amount I paid. This merchant has done this to other customers as the comments on their Instagram shows that they have been sending terribly made items to customers and not honoring their refund policy. This business should be shut down! I want a full refund.

    Order #45049 I placed an order for a jacket the cost $219 dollars. This company is trying not to take the jacket as a return. I contacted the company the same day the jacket was delivered to me. It was not even close to my size according to there size chart. And there return policy is not true. I contacted them well before the 3 day contact period. And now Jennifer Bryer (customer service representative) is emailing me with nonsense excuses as not to fully refund my money. And not willing to replace the jacket with the proper size replacement. It this point I just wish to return the jacket for my full paid price of $219. From Me: Thank you Jennifer. But I received the jacket.. and I’m highly upset. First of all, the jacket is not true to its size. And second, the length is definitely shorter than expected. I’d like to return this for a 4XL and can the length be longer? If not… then I’d like to return this for my full amount paid. And I have more information as well as emails, pictures regarding tis whole situation.
