    I purchased a smart ring from the company. Unfortunately, the size was too big. I reached out to the company, via email as it is instructed on their website. I received a response stating that they would send me the correct size at no additional cost. I had provided them with the correct size but never heard back on that. I was still interested in the ring so I went ahead and purchased another ring in the correct size. Unfortunately, the correct size ring did not work. I reached out to the company, again via email, stating that it did not work and would like to return. I advised that at this point I have two orders that I need to return. I received a response asking, what the issue was the ring. I explained but told them I no longer had any interest in keeping it and would like to return both of my orders for a refund. This has been going on for a over 3 weeks now. I have emailed them almost daily and have not received any response regarding instructions on how to return the product. The number listed on their website also does not work.

    On 8/21/24 I purchased one of pulserive’s smart rings for $83.30. I wanted to be sure of my ring size so I selected their sizing rings to be shipped before I chose the size of my ring. The sizing rings were delivered 9/2/24. I chose my size and received my ring on 9/16/24. The ring I received was too large to comfortably fit the finger I chose to wear it on. It was also not comfortable on any other finger. I wore it the rest of the day and through the night and chose to return it on 9/17/24. I emailed their given email to begin the return process. I did not receive a response so I emailed again the next day. I received a response asking to send pictures of the sizing ring, the ring, and the packaging. I complied with these requests the following day (9/19/24) and did not receive a further email. I have since emailed daily and have not gotten any response. I should not be stuck with a ring that does not fit due to it not matching the size of their sizing rings. I’d like a refund.

    I purchased a PulseRive ring on Aug 18, 2024 for $88. It took 2 weeks for it to be delivered. Once I got it and started wearing it, it's supposed to keep track of your steps, blood pressure, oxygen levels and record your sleep pattern. Anyways, the ring was nit recording properly 1 because I would have my phone on me and my steps were not matching up. There was no way what the ring was says was accurate and then it told me a reading about how I slept one night when I didn't even wear it to bed. So I tried to reach out to the company first, by calling with the number they provided however that number is connected to a realtors office in Seattle. So then I emailed them on Sept 3rd explaining everything I just mentioned and no response. I emailed them again Sept 5th..no response. I email again but this time I just said I need help with my ring and actually got a response from Victor Zheng from the global sales director however when I mentioned how I can return this ring again no response. I tried 1 last attempt and said I need help with my ring. I did get an email from Victor Zheng again and when I asked for a phone so I could speak with someone he told me to send a video with the help I needed. I told him I wasn't comfortable with that and asked yet again for a phone number and no response. This company is very frustrating. The information they provide is false and just want it to go on record of such.

    Yesterday, I was on the company website considering purchasing a smart ring from them. Against my better judgement, I decided to go ahead with the purchase. After not being able to find the business on any other platforms (Amazon, reviews on google, etc.) I reached out via "customer support" and Facebook (trying to cancel my order) but they did not respond to me. I did see they read my message on Facebook. They stated their company is located in Delaware but today I got shipping confirmation from China. I do not want this product and I do not want the company having my information. I plan to call my credit card company and dispute the charge as soon as it hits.
