      If i could give zero stars i would! Christiana Farms located in Newark, De they have horrible property management just because someone is low income doesn't mean you allow horrible living conditions my fiance lived their for 1 year before moving in with me there was always trash on the ground the unit looked crappy before she moved in. Cabinets tore up, the ac filter looked as though it hasn't been changed in years i really don't know how this complex is still open when is there any state inspections done here? Now she's having a problem with them breaching contract this is one of the worst property management companies and this is coming from a property owner!

      Elk chase apartments… The main office in the property is always vacant. no one is ever there. You can’t leave a message at the main office because the message box is always full. Elderly people are not able to reach anyone on site for busted water heater on the weekend. Elderly was left with water from broken water heater… was told she would have to wait until Monday. Does not fix the problems in this apartment units. Stoven/oven doesn’t work. Still waiting on maintenance to come fix it. Awful
