    Signed contract with company on 6/7/2023 and paid 1900 dollars for pavers. The remaining 1900 dollars was to be paid upon completion of work. I was informed the job was dated to begin the week of the 19th or 26th. I was informed the reason it was not begun was due to the weather and did not want to demolish walkway to home secondary to mess it will make. During the second week of July there were approximately 50 pavers ( mine) that were removed from front of home and taken by company - ought i say stolen. No permission given to do this and I expressed to Vince Pugliese - owner of company and person who removed my pavers to return asap. That day the pavers were stolen, the front of my home was demolished in preparation continuation of project. The irrigation system is damaged and there are electrical wires exposed. I have been in contact with Vince and each text explains why the project is not completed ..ie paid for pavers to be delivered, only one person to deliver for numerous paver projects, “ I don’t have the pavers I took from you, I will buy you new ones “ etc. It is now 9/7/2023, my front walk way is still demolished. Approximately 3 months after contract signed. It proves to be a dangerous situation and I typically enter my home via the garage. My HOA frowns on this along with my homeowners insurance company. Vince Pugliese passes the ball to the paver company. I requested a refund of monies spent along with return of my pavers that assisted with the step up to landing in front of my home. I get a lot of talk no action. Essentially I am looking at this as theft. I am a senior woman who has lost her husband years ago and I am experiencing much stress and psychological hardship.
