            We needed a new hot water heater. After getting several estimates we decided to hire Lindale Plumbing. We still had hot water at this point so decided on Oct. 13th for the install date. Then I read a complaint on the BBB site and was concerned about that complaint. I called Lindale and explained my concern to Heather. We discussed the complaint and she stated the issues had been resolved. We decided to continue with Lindale and they would install the new hot water heater on the 13th of October. Lindale's pricing was MUCH better than any other estimate we received AND they gave us a military discount which none of the other estimates did. The day after this discussion we had no hot water so I called Heather and left a message asking if there was any way we might get the hwh installed sooner because it would be a long week without hot water. Heather called back shortly and said they would be there by 6pm tonight and she would call prior to their arrival. She called after 5pm and said they would be here shortly. They arrived before 6pm. It took almost 2hrs from start to finish. FANTASTIC service and it was great to have hot water this morning. The bad review almost deterred us from using this company. I'm glad it didn't and hope this review will help others who are hesitant to use this company after reading the bad review.
