    Jack Carpenter team acted as a selling agent on a home and displayed compromised ethics throughout the entire process that thankfully for us fell through but still resulted in a loss of money for us. The business’s misrepresentation from the beginning caused a spiral of issues. The home was advertised as move in ready but was in fact unlivable. There was a blatant avoidance of communication from the business resulting in an unwarranted amount of stress and extra work from us and 3rd parties. Inspections were requested for the home and three separate times it was asked and confirmed the home was fully ready for inspections meaning all electrical was on and gas lines hooked up. The day of inspections this was not the case. The propane line was completely disconnected from the outside fixture not allowing any to flow to the home to even attempt inspections on heat and gas lines. The home did not have electrical running to approximately half the house disallowing lights to be turned on and outlets to be checked. The dishonesty resulted in a full day of missed work and $520 wasted out of pock because of the inability to complete the inspections. This company has falsely advertised, avoided communications, and was dishonest when asked the same question multiple times. The business that is being run by this team is unprofessional and should not be allowed to continue to conduct business in this manner causing others to face financial hardships due to their lack of proper ethics. This business should be refunding the money spent on inspections out of pocket that were unable to be completed due to the false information from the Jack Carpenter Team.
