            On May 6, 2022 STI Industries installed a Dogwood Tree. We were expecting a Nor Easter later that day. The tree was brutally buffeted by heavy winds and rain. Needless to say it died. I called for them to come out and see the tree 13 times and went to their place of business 3 times. They sent someone out to secure the dying tree. After i sent a photo and complained via text message they finally replaced the tree July 7, 2022. Please note that the temperatures were in the 90’s. I called and yet again sent a photo of the replacement tree which is dying or dead at this point. I requested that someone come out to advise what to do before it died. No response at all. We paid a total of $934.20. We relied on this company’s knowledge of what type of tree, soil and best planting and care of our new tree. We received no further help or response from them. We will not be planting anything from them and would like to be reimbursed.

            They lie to you. They tell you one thing and lie. We scheduled them to work today and saved plenty of room for them to park. We saw them drive by and not stop. I called the company and they said the manager told them to go to another job first. We waited 3 hours. then they called and said there wasn't enough room to park their trucks. We had our cars saving the space. They said they would have to reschedule because they already headed back to Berlin. I demanded they return my deposit. I would never call them again.
