Hi, I am a small business owner. I owed only $700 from an exisiting loan. However, This company Placed a lien on multiple accounts and removed $3663.03 without my consent. This company does not behave like a legitimate company. I tried for almost a year to settle the oustanding balance with several members of their team. However, they were not willing to settle the matter amicably. Furthermore, they sent harassing and threatening emails to me, in an attempt to frighten, and intimidate me into sending them money that I did not owe. Now, they are still claiming that I owe them $600. That's impossible, since my initial loan was only $3000. Which I fully paid off excluding the $700. Additionally, they have refused to release my accounts! My next step will be to hire an attorney to force them to release my accounts. They have been more than doubly paid at this point. I do not owe them anything, and yet they are still requesting More Money. These are greedy crooks! They should not be allowed to harass, bully and steal from consumers! I am requesting that this company release my accounts immediately. Thank you.

I do show this balance as settled in full and the lien releases were sent. We can provide a letter as such if needed. Thank you,

For the past month I keep receiving voicemails from **** ******** with “RSG.” He never says what it is in reference to or what the actual name of the company is. I had to do my own research to find out it was a collections group based out of DE. I’ve called back right after I miss him and it keeps going to his voicemail so we play this game of phone tag. Every time I leave a message I ask him to please tell me what it is in reference to and give him permission to leave it with his next voicemail, as I work and am in MT time and can’t always get his calls. He still leaves these ambiguous voicemails never stating what it is about. This all being said I believe this is a scam as my credit score is 807 excellent and I owe no outstanding debts. I’ve pulled my credit report just today and $0 is in collections. I would like to know why I keep getting contacted by this individual and how he got my information and knows I’m in Mountain Time.
