      My complaint is that the BBB is a total sham operation and that whoever put this review together and has kept it posted all these years is positively mentally sick. Here's why: 1) The business charges are 100% incorrect and I was assured years ago the posting would be removed, and I agreed to not pursue the BBB legally. 2) I never even imagined the original information remained online all these years. 3) My business relocated to another state over 10 years ago. 4) My wife's name was never removed; she died over 10 years ago. 5) I continue to have a very successful business in spite of your ridiculous, ill-founded, incorrect review posting. 6) After seeing that this 100% inaccurate review is still posted, with continuing lies and inaccuracies, I am writing to request that it be permanently removed from all online appearances, or I will have no option left but to proceed with initiating what I guarantee will be a highly-publicized, 100% honest but totally merciless legal assault on BBB's name and reputation. Either take the page down before the end of this month or expect to hear from my lawyers. Hal Alpiar (www.thewriterworks.com)
