1 starWe contracted Kirkin Exteriors to put on a new roof. They kept rescheduling and after not hearing anything or scheduled for over six weeks we cancelled and found another company which came in a week and were cheaper with better quality shingles and warranty. The contract said they would have the job done in three to four weeks weather permitting. There was no bad weather and they refuse to return our $500.00 deposit. Roof replacement due to storm damage. To begin with I was provided with the most thorough quote and proposal that I’ve ever received for a service, Zach was very through in answering all my questions and making suggestions regarding the materials. The entire experience from the estimate to the follow-up was very professional, every team member provided great communication through the entire process. The installation crew showed up early, finished ahead of schedule, cleaned up all areas very thoroughly once the job was completed. I was so impressed with their work ethic, professionalism and competitive pricing that I will be having them install some new windows. I highly recommend Kirkin Exteriors.Kirkin Exteriors

In the wake of a leaking roof crisis, I contacted Kirkin Exteriors for help. Dan, a dedicated team member, promptly responded and provided an estimate that satisfied me in terms of pricing and the promised quality of work. Little did I know, this encounter would be one of my last memories of Dan, as I later learned of his passing. Despite Dan's loss, I found ease in Kirkin Exteriors' exceptional service. From the initial phone call to the responsive email exchanges, every interaction with their staff was marked by professionalism and care. A particular moment stood out: when the manager apologized for a delayed start, it exemplified the company's commitment to customer satisfaction and accountability. Ultimately, Kirkin Exteriors fixed my roof and demonstrated compassion and dedication that transcended mere business transactions. They proved themselves to be a company that genuinely cares about its customers and the work it does. The process for obtaining permits and loans is complete, and I couldn't have done it without the support and guidance of Dan, at Kirkin Exteriors. Removing the old shingles was complete before noon. the next day, new roof and solar shingles were on by the afternoon. The integration with GAF and their electronic installers was also a smooth transition. My family is excited about the finished roof and solar shingles. Complete satisfaction! Great team of great workers!!!!!! Finished taking off 3 layers of shingles, installing new wood and roof, adding in some venting and complete gutters all around, project completed in 1 day! Cant praise them enough!Kirkin Exteriors

Kirkin recently installed a new roof with solar shingles on my house and I am extremely happy with the outcome! To start with, I was provided with the most thorough quote and proposal that I’ve ever gotten for a service. The team at Kirkin was able to provide support and answer any questions that came up during the loan and application process, and they worked closely with me to schedule my install. The crew came out on time (was actually a bit early) and got right to work. They were in contact with me the whole time to keep me informed of the progress and what to expect. The job was completed quickly and it looks phenomenal. I had high expectations and they were able to meet and exceed them! I will definitely be recommending Kirkin to anyone else looking for roof repairs and replacement.Kirkin Exteriors

1 starTheir use of technology is outstanding. They're not the company to call for a roof repair though. They're not the company to call if your roof is less than 5 years old. I initially had a water stain. Kirkin gave me a great quote, but after the repair my water stain transitioned to a leak. I called and informed them of the situation. I had to call back after not receiving a call for several days. The owner, or one of the owners I later found out, came to my home. He basically looked over the issue a second time asking the same questions as the previous salesman. He left without talking to me. He later called with a plan to make another attempt to repair the roof at an additional cost. Basically, an entirely new job at almost twice the cost. After a conversation with the owner, I decided to accept the quote, but later questioned their methods for finding a leak. I asked if they had a standard operating procedure for finding a leak before starting a job. I informed them I felt they were taking gambles at my expense. I guess they were offended and withdrew their offer to do the work. This is after making the leak worse. The percentages might be in their favor as it relates to customer satisfaction, but they're not the company to call if you're 100% aware your issue doesn't require roof replacement. They don't truly care about this type of customer, and they feel their reputation is intact even with a few unhappy customers. They may view the situation differently than I do, and will likely defend their stance, but they can't. There's a problem if you diagnose an issue wrong, but don't deep dive into finding the issue after creating more damage. And then expect the customer not to question your method and pay an additional charge. I'll take the $375 loss with a grain of salt, but my circle, neighbors, and social network community will be made aware of my story and your business practices. Kirkin Exteriors was recommended to me by my homeowners insurance agent and upon reaching out to them they came, inspected my roof and provided me with snapshots of the problem areas and gave me a very reasonable estimate to repair. My reaction was WOW!Kirkin Exteriors
