    This Company is totally a fraud, they never pick up the phone,, never return the money, they took over another company called Empire water, and now they are changing their name again it is a disaster, I was waiting on hold for 2 hours today and have been waiting for a call back for almost 3 hours. here is the thing, since they took over empire they never presented to my little office to change this filter of the water dispenser, so the water tastes nasty, why are we paying for this service that was sold to me years ago by empire water, very rude and disrespecful. I am a Dentist and been emailing they for a contact for over 4 months 1 is one too many, I would give them zero.. and now I just want to contact them to remove this scam unit ( water dispenser out of my office )

    I do not know how this company gets a B+ rating. I made a call to find out about the cooler that was located here for what I was told over year. It was looking like it needed service and I was looking at other beverage options. I called to inquire if I could cancel the service without repercussions and was told I would be able to cancel at any time. When I had it removed and canceled, they then came up with a contract was signed by a person at our company that did not have signing authority and this person is gone. Currently they are billing us for the reminder of the contract - $2,519.15 and that is cost of 5 coolers at $503.83 each. Signer beware of this company. No company should take advantage of people and require them to sign a 5-year contract for a water cooler! Poor business practices.

    This company should be AVOIDED. They are THE WORST. They never informed our company that they "bought out" Leslie Water Works in 2019 until we tried to place a service call in 2022. Once they merged, they never maintained our water cooler or replaced any filters and refused to repair our water cooler when it broke down -- even though we paid them $180 a month for maintenance for more than three years. We had the water tested by a professional water company and the pollutant levels were off the charts! When we reported this to WaterLogic, they never responded. You cannot leave a message; no one answers the phone; they don't respond to LiveChat or Customer Service Chat; they ignore emails and letters and still continue to send us bills even after we dropped them six months ago. Are they really a legitimate company???

    This company is the ABSOLUTE WORST! I had coolers in my offices for 2 years of a 3 year agreement. The coolers continually had mold grow at the spout. The company wouldn't service them. They NEVER responded to emails. I had to call 6 times to get them to come pick up the moldy units. After they picked up the units they are now trying to charge me an extra $646. They completely neglected the units causing harm to my staff and now they are threatening collections. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS COMPANY! I wish I could provide zero stars.

    If I could give 0 stars, I would. The machines don’t heat after a weekend of no use and the water takes forever to come out hot. I placed multiple service calls and still haven’t had a technician onsite in several weeks, with 0 follow up. It was almost impossible to even get the machines in my office to begin with. Only reason I went with this company is because my previous water supplier was bought out by them. Really really regretting this!!!

    I agree with every other reviewer. This is a HORRIBLE company. They lie on the website, which claims they have a 4+ star review on trustpilot. I just left a one star review there too. My company has been a waterlogic customer for 5+ years and while the machine worked, it was fine. But as soon as we needed the machine serviced, it took 3 weeks to get the repair tech out (he was very nice) and he told us the machine needed to be replaced because we had a really old model (which we've been paying full price for every year by the way). Now it's been another 2+ weeks and I haven't heard ANYTHING from the company about when to expect a new machine. We've been without water (using the machine) for more than a month now and i've called, emailed, tried to request an update through their website portal- crickets. I am so frustrated with the horrible customer service but unfortunately, we paid for a year's subscription earlier this year so am stuck with them. I would seriously warn any company from doing business with Waterlogic.

    This is by far the WORSE company I have done business with. Horrible customer services and the CEO Casey Taylor can care less of these type of reviews. This company has HORRIBLE , I have asked now for over 3 months to come and pick up their equipment and I am bein ignored. They do not return calls. They do not return emails. They do, however, continue to send invoices every month and expect customers to pay. I am going after the www.H2OCoolers.com since they gave my contract to this horrible company. RUN AWAY From this company.,

    This company has HORRIBLE customer service. They do NOT pick up their phones, they do NOT return calls and they do NOT service their equipment. Their phone numbers are either out of service, busy or you are put on a recording hold for over an hour. You have the option to leave a call back #, but they NEVER CALL BACK! Yet they invoice you and expect PROMPT payment. Do NOT do business with this company. We have been with them for over 3 years and we have NEVER been happy. Be warned!!!
