      Shady business practices happen with this company!! Took a double charge for my last bill and have been fighting for a month to get refunded almost $40O in payments not approved. Brought it to the attention of ACE and was told I was being refunded. After waiting the 2 weeks instructed to receive refund the over payment was then charged to the next bill which isn't even due for 2 more weeks! People are struggling to pay bills on week to week paychecks. Over $700 was charged for the month. Really hurts budgeting in my household!! Stop the shady business practices of passing the buck to someone else and denying accountability on unauthorized charges. Governor Phil Murphy please help the people with this monopoly of a company!! Rates have doubled since last year!

      Worst Electric/Gas Co. They have been over charging us. They still plan to have offshore windmills and have been lieing to us for the past 3 yrs about the Green Deal they signed behind our backs, forcing us to pay outrageous fees

      If I could give negative stars I would. This company is fleecing its customers with all of the bogus “delivery fees” and other fees that they are passing along to the customer due to their negligence to comply with Maryland green energy laws. It is also against the law to have a monopoly in Maryland, however DPL certainly has the corner market on that in the eastern shore. Our lawmakers should also be ashamed of themselves for forcing people to “go green”. I will go green if I so choose and it should not be determined by them.

      Horrible and corrupt. They have quintupled rates in the last few months where a $300 bill is now $1500 even with less usage. Even homes that are empty with temp at 58 are receiving $600 bills…with nobody there using electricity! No explanations, no help from the state and it is a monopoly. We are not allowed to have any other options! I hope they get exposed and dissolved!

      I wish I could leave zero stars. I’m absolutely appalled by the robbery happening. I have an entire solar farm, have paid $6 a month for 6 years now my bill is $1100 a month with no explanation. I can’t get any help or any answers. I am at a loss here

      I have been a Delmarva customer for over 5 years and I HAVE NEVER been as disgusted with this company as I have the past few months. We are being robbed by the electric company- specifically the city of Wilmington who has no other electricity options. The "delivery" is costing customers more than the supply of gas and electric. To charge consumers at this rate is ridiculous especially seeing that employees are not physically going out to delivery anything. We have to put an end to this!

      They are thieves! I only have gas with them! (Thank God) My usage data says $76! And billing cycle just started on Feb 1 and ends on March 3. I have don't even use the heater! My current usage amount says $17 but yet my bill up to now says $80! $60 in Delivery fee! They charge like they coming to my house every day to deliver the electricity! When I called them the lady on the phone couldn't even explain anything. She said that the colder it is outside the higher the bill comes! I don't live outside. I live I side the house! it can be 20° outside and I still don't turn on my heater! I use my electric fireplaces! my bill should come according to what I use not how cold it is outside! Absolutely ridiculous!

      Delmarva believes it's in their best interest to Bill customer these outrageously high bills. I'm a customer for over 8 years. Never has my bill been over $200. Until this year with my current bill reaching almost $500. For a person is barely home. I keep my heating system on only 60 degrees. Delmarva has the nerve to blame the increase on the weather outside and some 9% increase. This company cares not one bit about it's consumers. The customer service reps have no customer handling skills. Delmarva needs a electric company to compete with them. $500 dollars is a bit too much

      Pathetic they more than TRIPLED electric bill because the destroyed there competition thanks to dirty politicians
