Per the company:
"Buyer agrees to pay %50 of the total Price as a Non-Refundable down payment upon signing the agreement. Balance Due must be paid in full on the date of installation. Buyer may cancel the agreement within three (3) days of the Effective Date without penalty only by providing written notice to TG or in-person at the Troy Granite Showroom. Any Cancellations by Buyer after completion of tempting Troy Granite shall retain $350 as a processing fee, any return of Buyer funds shall be provided by Troy Granite check and mailed to the Buyer within 2-4 weeks of cancellation."
