    I purchased an I-pad cover with keyboard. Made sure it was NOT coming from China. I purchased 2/2/ and it was supposed to get here in five to eight days….when I checked they “delivered” to an address in Pennsylvania !! (I’m in Phoenix, Arizona) I will cancel the payment tomorrow if I don’t get the I pad cover tomorrow, Sad I did not read reviews before I purchased through FB!

    I wished I had known better than to order from them. I ordered the wrong size for the ipad and worked with them to return the item and they never sent the replacement. I then asked for a refund and never received that as well. They are a total ripoff. The worse customer service I've ever experienced. I asked for a refund since I never received the replacement and they have literally ghosted me. Take my advice - DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. Do your research first. Shame on me for not doing that.

    I wish I would’ve read reviews outside of their website! My case/keyboard for my 10.9 inch iPad arrived with a tiny tear in the corner of the sleeve box it came in so I was unable to return it. The product is bulky and cheap and shows every fingerprint! Not worth more than $40. Shoppers BEWARE!

    Don’t order from them. I just needed to exchange for the right size and they refused. Didn’t ask for money back just to exchange. Rip off!

    Super scammy and fishy! I ordered a keyboard case and followed up regarding the status of the order as I never received tracking information. What I found out was that apparently, my purchase was for a "pre-order" item that wasn't currently in stock. NOWHERE on the website does it show this item was not in stock, or that it was a -pre-order-. BE CAREFUL. I am in the process of requesting a full refund and will be contacting my bank to dispute the charge if I do not get it. Classy Gold & Cherry, keep it classy >:(

    They do not stand behind their products. DO NOT BUY! I ordered an IPad case from their website. In the meantime, my husband bought me a different case. When the case came in from Gold and Cherry, I had to send an email to find out how to return it. What I got in response was basically a “book “ on the return policy stating that the case had to be in the exact shipping materials, the exact box, exactly how it had shipped. (Which was impossible since I had opened the box. They stated that I was responsible for the return shipping cost and that they may refuse a return if the packaging was not correct, and I may not get my money back. I kept the product. One month later, the keyboard malfunctioned. I again emailed support. They responded with instructions on how to reset it. I followed instructions to no avail. Then emailed again. Their response was that due to their limited warranty, they would not replace the item, but offered a 25% discount on a new one. No thank you. Do not buy! I wish negative stars were available.

    I purchased an iPad Air (5) case from this company, once opened the packaging was ripped at one end, the wrapping for the storage box had been cut; the packaging looked damaged and used. Once I opened the box containing the iPad case, the information booklets were soiled and also appeared used. I purchased what I thought was suppose to be a new item but received a used/returned item instead. I took pictures of the packaging as received and shared these pictures with the company as I intended to returned their used merchandise to them immediately. Less than 24 hours after picking up this merchandise from the post office it was in the return mail to them, at my expense. I received an email indicating that I would be getting a refund. I was shocked when I discovered that it was only a partial refund. Are you kidding me? I receive used merchandise for a new purchase, the packaging was ripped and cut, the manuals were soiled, and they have the gull to keep 50% of my cost. In addition, the nice customer service lady offered me a discount coupon to compensate for my dissatisfaction with this current transaction! I politely informed her that I will NEVER be purchasing anything from Gold & Cherry ever again, and that I will be discouraging others from ordering from the company!!! This company should not be in business. CONSUMERS BE AWARE!!! Consumers should stay away from this company. Please note, I gave the company a rating of one star because I could not give them a negative star, but trust, they most definitely have earned a negative star from my transaction with them.

    I bought an iPad mini and ordered a keyboard for it from this company. Before the keyboard arrived I realized the iPad mini was too small for me to see clearly, and I returned it. When the keyboard arrived I tried to call the company to arrange a return but was never able to get a live person on the phone. I emailed them and they responded that I could return the item and choose another item from their store. I responded that I don’t need anything from their store. Now they tell me their policy is to refund 50% of the price I paid for an item I NEVER USED! I wish I could give them zero stars. I also wrote this review on their website and they took it down. Very poor customer service!

    THIS IS A SCAM, THIS COMPANY IS A GRIFT, AND THEY ILLEGALLY PUNISH THE CUSTOMER WITH PUNITIVE RETURN POLICIES. THE CUSTOMER HAS NO WAY OF EXAMINING THE ITEM YOU PURCHASE WITHOUT OPENING THE PACKAGING. THEY ILLEGALLY TRY TO ENFORCE A FRAUDULENT CHARGE FOR OPEN ITEMS. HOW IS A PERSON TO KNOW IF THE ITEM IS FULLY FUNCTIONING WITHOUT OPENING THE PACKAGING. THEY ALSO HAVE "DISCRETION" TO QUALITY RETURN OF ITEM. THIS IS UNFAIRENRICHMENT

    This merchant is refusing to refund my money indicating the item was returned to them scratched and damaged. Their multiple reviews speak to their fraudulent practices where multiple other consumers have experienced the same issue as mine. I have attached photos indicating I would receive a full refund as well as proof that the item was not returned damaged. The item was received and returned in less than 48 hours, thus, there was not even ample time to damage the item. If the item was received damaged, this occurred during transit which is why it is indicated on their return policy to take photos BEFORE returning the item in the event this happens. They are not honoring their own company policies and I would like all of my money returned to me now.
