Ryan (installer) was very customer focused with a great attitude. He demonstrated a high level of job skill and knowledge. We were quite impressed with Precision Garage Door professionalism from start to finish. We highly endorse this company and without hesitation would use their services if needed in the future.

Andrew was our installer, he completed the installation of our new Lincoln 2000 door, spring system, and LiftMaster model 87504-267 garage door opener. He was very thorough with this work, as well as the the review of all the systems and instructed me on the six month lubrication of all of the doors components. Precison Garage installed our door in2017, and it has worked beautifully since, Today's appointment was to replace the 'backup' battery. The appointment timing was reasonably, and the technician, Tim Strauss, was totally polite and efficient. I would highly reccommend this company!Precision Garage Door of Delaware

So much for "Call now. Fixed today!" "Weekends available at no extra charge·" I just called to request an appointment. My car is stuck inside a garage door that will open no more than 6". I was told the first appointment is July 2, 2022. Today is 6/19/2022. Supposedly, it's ok that I'm unable to use my car for more than two weeks!! A $200 charge plus the cost of repairs was offered. The following assurances appear on their web page: "It doesn’t matter what breaks or when it happens, we’ll be there to fix your garage door on your schedule. Don’t let a broken garage door leave your family and investments vulnerable." I'm a senior. I live alone, I have a week full of doctors appointments that I had to wait months to get. Technician Bob Strauss did an outstanding job repairing our garage door. One of the springs broke and we could not open the door. He was on time, assessed the situation and gave us fair price. He also made adjustments, lubricated moving parts and adjusted the balance. The door is working better than it ever has and no longer sounds like a cheap garbage disposal.Precision Garage Door of Delaware
