    I lost $278 when Ticketoffices.com transferred my tickets after a show was rescheduled and I wasnt able to obtain them to get into the show on the rescheduled date! **************** is non existent. I spent an hour before the show trying to get through to someone without success so I had to purchase new tickets. Wheres the class action lawsuit for this corrupt company?!

    Anybody hear about the pandemic that hit the planet? Most, if not all major companies have made adjustments to accommodate the limitations created by the pandemic. This company simply refuses. I have called multiple times trying to either exchange or refund my tickets and all they do is argue. Their customer service is horrible, they keep interrupting me and refused to escalate the situation. Im leaving terrible reviews anywhere I can and will never use this company in the future.

    If I could give them zero stars, I would. I purchased tickets to a game. I paid $3,000 for 3 tickets. Almost $650 of that was to these a-holes. I am unable to attend the game so I reached out to see how I could sell them since I wasn't seeing anything online. I was told I have to wait until the day prior to receiving them. This is fair since it stated that when I purchased them. However, what is not OK is they won't let you sell them anywhere except with their partner, tickettocash.com. Well, that wouldn't be such a big deal if they didn't force you to agree to not list tickets anywhere else, they have the right to sell single tickets vs. all three at once, and charge you absolutely ridiculous fees to do so. This can't be legal and I've reached out to an attorney for verification. You can't "sell" me something then put restrictions on where I can sell MY PROPERTY!!! I see why they have a 1 start rating. Buyer beware of this shady company. Oh - and I tried calling MULTIPLE times. I sat on hold over an hour each time. They force you to use their online chat vs. talking to someone. I'm sure another attempt to get you to go away. I won't.

    This org is NOT affiliated with Resort World as its website suggests - https://********************.ticketsoffice.org No seat assignment was given during purchase process. When I received my initial ticket information it indicated -The Theatre at *********************** DATE/TIME/CITY Section: Mezzanine 2 ************ 1 Please Note:Flash Seats.I emailed asking about seat assignment and what - FLASH SEATS means. Reply was - Thank you very much for your inquiry. Unfortunately, we do not have the information to answer your request fully. You have contacted a secondary market ticket website where sellers from across the country can re-sell tickets to events. As a result, we are not associated with any venue, performer, or box office. Please contact the venue directly for assistance.I called Resort World directly and asked for a seat assignment. RW didn't have any information on my purchase, didn't make seat assignments for other outlets, and never heard of TICKETSOFFICE before.Numerous email addresses were used during my communication with TicketsOffice, none had the words TicketsOffice in the email address.

    Like many of the reviews listed for this company. I am out of $900 for a show that was cancelled . When l emailed for a refund, the response was the show was to be rescheduled & I would be notified. This never happened. I never got my money back.

    I have been a member of the BBB for many years, This criminal enterprise needs to be investigated. I am out $900 for tickets I cannot resell as I am unable to go to the event and the same issue that many people on this post have said the tickets cant be resold by conventional methods. BBB as a member please help us!!

    We bought tickets for an event that was later rescheduled to a date we were unable to reach. We called and were told the order could not be cancelled or transfered, and our only option was "to sell the tickets to friends or family". Options should be provided to customers if the product they purchased is not available.

    ABSOLUTE CROOKS!!! I would give negative stars if possible. I am 48 and this is the first bad review I have ever written. After the event we had ticket to was rescheduled a couple of times over the last two years, the event was cancelled. I was not notified of the cancellation and only heard about it from a friend. I couldn't reach them by phone so I followed up with an email and never got a response. Just now, via chat, I was told they will not give me my money back... only a credit. HORRIBLE COMPANY WITH THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

    Absolutely disgusted with this company. We booked two concerts through them, both cancelled do to Covid shut downs, they will only communicate through email or text chat, almost impossible to reach a live person by phone. First they wouldnt refund the money we paid, said if we didnt respond and request money back within 7 days we only get a store credit. We were on vacation when they sent that email, we didnt even get the email it in the seven day period. So credit is all we could get, then One of their employees gave us misinformation telling us that it expires in April 2022, when I try to use it it doesnt work, I contacted the company and they will not do anything about it, they said it expired in December when I have an email saying that I have a $250 credit that expires in April 2022.Dont ever use this company they are absolute snakes!
