    On 5/23/24 I purchased a sweatshirt for my sister-in-law. The sweatshirt was the wrong size. They did not have the same sweatshirt in the size desired. I tried to return the sweatshirt. It was not worn, the tags were still on, and I had the receipt. I was told that all sales were final "as stated on the receipt". I shopped around and made an exchange for something that I didn't really want. My issue is that there are no signs posted anywhere in the store stating their policy. I asked the clerk/manager/owner if the policy was posted anywhere to make sure that I hadn't overlooked it. She said, "No, but it is on the receipt". I pointed out that one does not get a receipt until after the sale has been completed. I believe their practice is deceptive and unfair. If they choose to have a policy of all sales being final it should be prominently displayed at the entrance to the store and at the cash register.
