      Plumbing Enterprises is the most common unprofessional I have worked with. American Home Shield should be ashamed of itself for contracting with this company. AHS representatives are not much better. When you have a problem they give you lip service with no solid results. I am out $500.00 and still no functional hot water heater. AHS and Plumbimg Enterprises should not be allowed to business in the United States of America.

      I wish you could give ZERO STARS (0) AHS contracted this company. The driver was the main contractor he was rude, unprofessional, and cursed at me. He didn’t come to do the job. I asked him to turn on the bathroom sink valve to see the leak. The valve was turned off to stop the leak. He said he didn’t see a leak. So, I turned on the same valve and he accused me of causing the leak. He caused the water to run from the sump pump and I asked where did all of this water come from he states, “I didn’t know it was plugged in.” I stated, “It’s supposed to be.” The problems he was here to resolve apparently were figments of our imagination because he didn’t see the leaks yet we have videos of the leaks. I found out about all of the negative reviews when I called to make a complaint. I feel a little better knowing I’m not the only consumer that has had such a bad experience with their contractors.

      This company do not know what they are doing .we call AHS for a pipe leak under our hose .they sent this company to our house. The tech that came was name Hunter what a joke.he claimed we had a pinhole in 3/4^ coppes underhouse,cut out replaced pinhole leak line. Well that's what he claimed well a week later we still hear the pipe leak in the same area.All he did was say he did the work did nothing. AHS has been the worst warranty company for the last two year their service is bad and charge a lot of money for there contract.please don't use plumbing Enterprise for nothing.

      I agree with all reviews they came to my home on June 25 and immediately walked out stating that a different sink was put down on their repair order, the problem I had was the basement sink, they claim their work order had the kitchen sink, I rescheduled them again make sure the operator repeated the sink with the issue, rescheduled them for the following week bet 12-5 pm they never show up. the third and final time they came, snaked the sink while I was in my home office working, and they walked out the garage door without a word to me or my husband when we went downstairs to the basement sink it was still clogged and filled with water. THEY ARE NOT WELCOME IN MY HOME EVER IN LIFE! I AM NOT SURE WHY THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS. ZERO STARS I RATE THEM ZERO STARS - THE SYSTEM IS MAKING ME GIVE THEM ONE STAR. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT I RATE THEM ZERO STARS. TOTALLING UNPROFESSIONAL!

      This company really doesn't deserve the 1 star I gave them. From the office personnel to the plumber they are EXTREMELY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL! They were assigned to us by HSA & we told them we had a floor to put down once our water heater was removed- floor guy was there & ready to go. The plumber left & came back after doing a quick toilet job & said he would be back later while floor was being finished. Text much later in the day & said he would not be back & took it upon himself to reschedule us without our permission when neither of us was gonna be home. Never came back & left the new water heater in the middle of garage where our car parks, he left the door off closet to water heater blocking our front door & left old water heater & trash in the driveway & left us for 4 days without hot water. Also left lid off of the main water turn off in yard where someone could of fell. I called office & they were rude claiming he wasn't going to leave it like that but nobody returned. After calling warranty company & canceling they showed up anyway 4 days later & we had already got a plumber to install a different water heater - we asked them to take their water heater when they get there. Plumber said he was gonna charge a 75 disposal fee. Also sent a real nasty text telling me to never call them again , he had kids to feed & I cost him time & money & it was my fault cause of floor. The plumber has a tendency to whine a lot - from the time he got there .he claimed warranty jobs he only makes 40 from .I made it clear when making the appointment that the floor needed to be replaced. I've seen this company treats other people the same way in other reviews. The plumber don't ever have to worry I will NEVER call this company back again or recommend them. I never called them to begin with the HSA warranty company did. BEWARE & DO NOT hire this company EVER!

      Plumbing Enterprises is the worst plumbing company I have ever encountered. DO NOT HIRE PLUMBING ENTERPRISES FOR ANY PLUMBING ISSUES! Their technical Hunter came out, checked the faucet and told me to contact the manufacturer and see if they have the parts. He told me that once I received the parts to call and they will come back out to complete the repair. I have called them five times and have yet to receive a call back to schedule an appointment. The original AHS claim was filed on 05/04/22. Plumbing Enterprises came out on 05/10/22. It is now 06/01/22 and the faucet is still not repaired. They come out take the $75 fee and you never hear from them again. Not a plumbing company, more like a $75 scam. In the future if I require a plumber and AHS assigns Plumber Enterprises, I will cancel the service call and call my own plumbing contractor. American Home Shield has decided to hire the cheapest contractors for the last couple of years. The AHS phone representative are of no help in expediting a resolution to my issue. Rethinking, is it worth having a service contact with AHS if this is the types of incompetent contractors they are now hiring.

      Wish I could leave ZERO stars. AHS contracted with Plumbing Enterprise LLC to repair or replace my water heater. Hunter came out, spent all of five minutes, said it needed to be replaced, and it would take a couple days. That was a week ago. He was scheduled to come today between 6-9 pm. He never showed, nor called. I’ve been without water since May 1st. I just wonder what they will say when I call them in the more. AHS has been notified. I don’t expect much from them either. Guess I’m going to have to pay another plumber to do the work.

      DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!!!! If you are considering working for this company, don’t the owner doesn’t give you a detailed pay stub on how many calls you ran and what you should be making. He steals from his employees and doesn’t care about them or their well being. He stole 1,950.00 dollars of my commissions and will not answer any of my messages DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!!!!

      This company was assigned to me twice for two separate repairs. First was a plumbing blockage in the basement. The plumber did not snake main drain, even after being informed that we have had this problem before and that's where current blockage is. Proceeded to snake a side clean out that didn't reach main line. Told my wife that he didn't have the tools anyway to perform main line clean out. Which the only tool needed to open cap is a 2x4 which we have sitting next to it. Rude customer service as well. This was also an expedited service request that turned into a 3 day wait and ended with the blockage still being present. Once assigned for a second time I called to get them switched. This never happened so I contacted the company to try and give them detailed information so the process could be expedited and also to request a different plumber than the one who came out previously. Not only did the lady on the phone act annoyed, she completely ignored the request to send a different plumber and said the plumber will get details when he gets there. Gave zero effort, interest, or professionalism in working for the customer. Time #2, they accepted an expedited emergency request for service which eliminates the ability for any other provider to come out. Did not schedule appointment nor answer their phone for approximately 30 hours after initial service request. Then appointment was not set for another 24 hours later, leaving us with a ruptured hot water heater, flooded basement, and no hot water for showers for a family of 6 with small children for more than 72 hours. During the appointment the plumber decided to up charge every additional service for those things not covered by the warranty company. Examples include replacing a brand new expansion tank for $250, Drain Pan $85, Permit $200, water line $265, gas pipe $180 and disposal $75. This is all ridiculous and overpriced. I did all of this for less than $100. After approval they never called or returned calls.

      After my service request with AHS they promptly called me to schedule the appointment on the next business day. The morning of the appointment, I called and spoke with Katie who confirmed the appointment and let me know that it was a light day for them and I had 1 (possibly) 2 other houses in from of mine and I should be receiving a call around 11am (I was originally told that my appointment would be anytime between 8am - 2pm). At 12:30, I called back for an update since I hadn't heard anything and I spoke with Katie again who then said that my appointment is still on for the next day between 8am - 2pm. I reminded her that I spoke with her earlier and that her information regarding an appointment for tomorrow was in direct conflict with what she stated earlier, the confirmation email and text as well as what AHS has on file. Katie stated that the appointment was canceled by one of her employees but she did not know why so she asked if she could call me back to find out what was going on. I immediately called AHS to let them know what was going on and then I canceled my service request after realizing that they have an F rating and are not even accredited with the BBB. I refused to have someone in my house that can't even commit to an appointment that they made. Moral of this story is to ALWAYS check BBB before committing to the appointment and declined to have anyone in your home with ratings such as the one's associated with this company.
