Patient Approved promised working satisfaction surveys for our patients but they system never worked correctly and did not consistent send the surveys to patients. We reached out countless times to resolve the issue and they could not fix the problem. We signed up on Jan 25 for a monthly service of $199 and they charged us $199 again 6 days later. We asked for a refund of the extra charge and never got it. We were also told we would be provided a credit once the issues were resolved but they would never resolved so we had to cancel. We cancelled over the phone many times and we also cancelled by email March 7, May 2, and again August3. They said we were refunded but we were not. We waited patiently to resolve this issue with them. I tried to contest the charges with my credit card and they informed me that too much time had past since the charges and to go through the vendor. Patient Approved has ignored my multiple contacts.
