I bought both a leather shifter boot, and emergency brake boot for my 2006 legacy spec b. On the website it states over and over how their boots are 100% oem replacement to whatever car you order it for. Considering the cost of them (the old saying, "you get what you pay for"), sp figuring I spend some more money then everywhere else I'll get a nice custom boot. Well that was anything but true. What I was given was a piece of the thinnest leather I've ever felt, sewed on one side, (I paid extra for the quadruple stitching if the shift boot), in the shape of a triangle. My stock boot has no resemblance to the shifter boot they made. Then the E-brake boot they sent, was way to short to even make it 3/4 the way down my handle on the brake. Both pieces of leather seem to be scraps they had lying around considering neither of them had a straight cut on any of the ends. Both of them were just all sloppy and frayed, and just a complete waste of $100. Plus took way longer then they said. Which makes sense cause they don't tell you on the website that the crap they sell is made in Poland.

I'm from Canada and got my steering wheel (2016 Forester XT) wrapped by Redlinegoods. I got a used wheel for 100 USD (as an extra precaution, to keep my OEM wheel intact) and paid 297 USD for the material and installation. The leather wrap arrived from Poland, and I paid 18 USD for customs. I sent my wheel and wrap to NC, USA (paid 35 USD). Got it back in the same cardboard box I sent it in, with NO padding material whatsoever. The installer put 300 USD for the value of the package, so I had to pay 51 USD for customs (again). Finally, the wrapping job is awful (see photos here: https://imgur.com/a/7B7SouS). As an added bonus, I can feel a small bump at one spot cause by foreign material under the leather. They said that the wheel spokes could be better but are OK, that the bump "definitely does not exclude the wheel from being fully operational", and that I should trim the leather myself to make room for the wheel controls. They offered me a refund for the installation cost (189 USD) or the option to ship the wheel back (at my expense, plus customs again, 86 USD total) to get it rewrapped for "free". They did such a bad job that I'm not convinced they will do better the second time around. I'm left with a poorly wrapped wheel that I paid 212 USD for (plus 100 USD for the used wheel).
