      i have been with artisans for years, sad to see the lack of progression into the new age and how things are handled. ATM cash deposits are not same day available, but every other bank atm is immediately available which has caused me to have overdraft fees over the years that shouldn’t have happened because i literally put cash into my account. I’ve had an online banking account the entire time i’ve been with artisans, my password was expiring as it does every so often, i change it, it won’t let me log in saying my password is incorrect. Any of the “forget password” solutions are not working or sending a code. i call the bank, and they say i have no online banking account and i would have to come in for security reasons to create one, even though i can give my SSN over the phone and all my other bank account info, but that’s not an issue i guess. the point is, you guys make everything really inconvenient for me. i always have to come into the branch when i don’t want to and shouldn’t have to. your lack of growth into our new digital and fast pace society is lacking. i will probably be leaving the bank soon. though you wouldn’t care because my mom was with you for 27 years and left and you said nothing and didn’t even care. you’re one of the oldest banks, i would expect you to be the best and at the forefront of banking, honestly. hope this gets to someone of importance because would love to see a change. thanks!
