I cancelled my monitoring service effective 8/23/2020 and paid the residual owed. I am still getting billed. I have attached proof of cancellation as well as the bill they sent me for service in October. As per the cancellation, I have NOT had service since AugustBusiness response

Please be advised that the cancellation request and final payment has been received and Mrs. *****s account was cancelled at central station. Unfortunately at the same time as her cancellation, I was diagnosed with Cancer and spent many days out of the office and fell behind on my paperwork which resulted in an October invoice generating to her account. This matter has been resolved, and of course she does NOT owe the October invoice that mistakenly generated to her account. With deepest apologies for the oversight.
