Stay away from B-Safe Inc., I tried to work with B-Safe for two years trying to get their alarm system to work in my house. I have documented numerous services calls, the system worked when the technician left, 20 minutes later the alarm went into fault. The Tech said we needed a new system but B-Safe didn't want to replace it due to their cost. Even with the alarm not working my wife and I payed our bills on time. Now they want $978.18 for service calls that never fixed our alarm. B-Safe instead of working this out has turned us over to a bill collection agency. STAY AWAY, B-SAFE is a scam company!!! Of course we are seniors with great credit, and this scam of a company is trying to ruin our credit due to their inability to fix their problem.B Safe, Inc.

Good morning. Please be advised that this matter has been discussed with Mr.& Mrs. ***** on several occasions since the service call invoice generated to their account on 12/4/2023. Mrs. ***** called our Union office and requested service to check out her system because she has not used in quite some time. We advised of the charges for service, which she was agreeable to and accepted. At the time of service our technician advised that several batteries were in need of replacing as well as 4 transmitters. Mrs. ***** had approved the batteries to be replaced and only 1 transmitter, on the first floor, removing the other 3 zones from the panel so the zones would stop sending signals to central station, therefore contacting the Henry's that the transmitters need to be replaced. We explained several times to both Mr. & Mrs. ***** that it is their system and their sole responsibility to have a working system and also repair the system if and when needed, as well as providing telecommunications for the panel to communicate to central station. Please understand that we attempt to resolve such matters directly with the customer and only send to third party when we have exhausted all efforts to resolve. Unfortunately, in this case, we spent 8 months trying to do so unsuccessfully. The invoice that was submitted to third party consists of labor and parts provided by us at the time of service and are due and payable.Review fromMonica S

1 starTerrible customer service. Had the cameras installed in 2020. 2023 we sold the house. We were told we had to continue paying for installation and service according to the contract. That was understandable. Monthly payment came out of the same account for 3 years automatically. Suddenly they stop taking the payment and send the account to collections. Call collections they say there was a charge back off $200 to my mastercard. Then I stopped paying . My payment isn't $200 and I'm not using MasterCard. And payments were made through September then the company stopped taking them. Call b safe and they refuse to help. Collections says they are trying to get a clear answer but they can't either. 1 starIf I could leave a NO star rating I would. This company is unethical. They are gaslighting our community for a repair because they are on notice that we are not renewing the contract. The old company Advent was good and had integrity. B Safe is horrible. We are pursuing breech of contract to terminate the existing contract early after their last incidence of NOT fixing the problem and blaming it on the elevators. We brought in another contractor and have a fix in the works and it has NOTHING to do with the elevators.Review fromColleen M

1 starIf there was a way to not even give them 1 star I would. My review is based on the NJ office. I had their service on my home after a break in. No issues really until I decided to sell my home. I called the Toms River NJ office to cancel and told them why. They said they would take care of it. I kept getting invoices for the next year and I called again. After the 3rd past due bill I was told I had to fill out a cancellation form. It took months for them to send that to me so by this time I was near another year. It took months, certified letter, phone calls and emails. I ended up paying one more year just to end this nightmare. That was May 2023. Today 10/23 a bill came for another year. OMG!! I'm told AGAIN they will send a request to cancel my service. Ocean Security was a great company but once they were bought out by B Safe Security it went seriously down hill. NO good customer service anymore. I cannot for the life of me understand how they have an A+ rating .Review fromMichael C

Horrible company Purchased a service contract and they continue to charge me for service. They also add 60.00 for travel even though you have a contract. Everytime I have an interaction you have to fight with them to get anywhere. Very poor communication and noone seems to know what they are doing You can find a better company.B Safe, Inc.

Good morning. In response to the abovementioned review. We have explained to Mr. Catrillo that the services that he needed were not covered under his service contract.
On 7/27/2023 Mr. Catrillo contacted B Safe to advise that Verizon, his telephone provider, stated that the system needed to be rewired for the system to communicate over the landline they provided. At that time, it was explained to Mr. Catrillo that this service is not covered under his service plan, as mentioned in chapter 16 of his contract, "if company is obligated to provide full repair service to the system thereunder, company agrees, upon receipt of notice from subscriber, to service the system and supply all labor, material, parts and equipment necessary therefore due to ordinary wear and tear only. All other labor, materials and charges relating to service required, inter alia, by abuse, misuse or casualty to the system or any part thereof shall be paid by subscriber on a time and material basis at company's prevailing charges" and at that time gave permission to process his credit card, which we did, in the amount of $165.00, which Mr. Catrillo later contacted his credit card company and rejected $105.00 of that service call. This charge is due and payable in full. Thank you.

1 starRun run away. Check the reviews. All one star. Found out our alarm was not monitored for 2 years due to their equipment failure. We paid the whole time. Then had a carbon monoxide alarm. Asked for a technician to come out to see if we could be in the house without, you know, dying. I was thinking this would be a priority. They said 5-7 days. I called security instruments. The BSafe sales rep lead me to believe that I would have a system equivalent to ADT by purchasing more equipment. I have had the system less than a year, the first week I had problems with the cameras. After I purchased 4 cameras in all they timed out in less than a month I was no told that. I need cameras running 24/7 like ADT. The system doesn't work consistently and I have made the company aware of this. The camera in the garage drops facing down, two repair technicians came and "fixed it" it dropped again. They don't honor their warranty. I don't have confidence in BSAFE as it doen't work consistently. Sales Rep sold me a bill of goods and when I needed him to help me as he promised he would he doesn't and hasn't returned my calls. I was advised by a private investigator to get ADT after BSAFE had been installed. I need to get out of this contract. I sent a letter giving dates of my problems. I was given a bill for over 500 dollars for repair to camera in garage that was installed in January. I need this system GONE.Louisa J.

I added two more cameras in Jan 2022 (4 in all) they were to run 24/7 in less than a month they all timed out. They would not restart until the first of the month. I called for a tech to get the cameras working and the office cancelled the appt telling me that the cameras would run when the alarm went off That is not what I am paying for. What right does the office have to decide how my cameras function. The cameras and door announcements work intermittently. I need the cameras and alarm system to work continuously as I have had problems with people stealing from my home. In Dec. the camera in basement showed that there was someone there and the camera labeled where the person was standing. The person was dark and no features were showing my investigator wanted to know what BSAFE thought about what I saw. The techniciain had no idea so much for BSAFE. How do I get this system out of my house I have paid over $6,000 dollars this does not include the monthly charges. Please advise as to how I get this removed so I can have ADT install their system as recommended by my private investigaror.Review fromConstance C

1 starStay away from B Safe. Once they get their hooks into you, they make your life miserable if you let them go. Since I stopped using them, they have been calling me and everyone I've listed as an emergency contact at 6:00 AM every week for the past two months with a recorded 'alert' message.
