    Initially began communication with ***** ****** in March '24, regarding obtaining an email list for employees of 5k Port Authority NY/NJ and 10k NYS employees for marketing purposes. It took 5 weeks to deliver 4292 emails for Port Authority and have never received any additional emails since. Attempted to contact ***** ****** on several occasions for updates, to no avail. Final email was sent on 6/9/24 with a 6/12/24 deadline for contact, which never happened.

    Hello,

    The nature of this project is extremely customised and while the customer was given a delivery time-frame, it has since been exceeded, given the nature of the job. Moreover, I was out of action due to medical emergencies and was unable to communicate with Alex regarding the delay. I understand this may not hold value, but it is the truth. Nevertheless, we have completed the project. In fact, it was complete the very evening you received the complaint, but since I was away, the file would not be delivered to Alex. Please accept my sincerest apologies.

    Please advise next steps.

    Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint and have determined that this does not resolve my  issue.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. **In order for the bureau to continue to assist you, you MUST provide your view on the matter or your complaint will be closed as answered. I contacted the business owner and described the deficits  in what was promised and what was delivered which was 15,000 emails with specific entities targeted.  while it took multiple emails to get a list that included 15,000 emails, the list did not meet the criteria of specific entities targeted.  therefore I did not receive the product that was paid for.
