1 starSTAY AWAY!!!! I am in disbelief at the way they treat people without human dignity. Lies after lies I had to file a complaint with the attorney general after they lied about stealing pay from an employee.Review fromAndrew G

1 starWould not recommend this company, the recruitment and on boarding process is terrible. I accepted a contract and I was given a deadline of over a week to get all my paperwork submitted, which was more than enough time and I was willing to take the position however, they called me twice a day and texted every day to follow up On my status of having my paperwork in. I told them you do not give someone a deadline of more than a week away and continue to call and text them up until the deadline. I feel like I was bullied and rush into doing it more on their timetable so they can complete my profile rather than letting me do it within my deadline timeframe I was given. Also early in the process when I asked for a itemized list of what is needed/process for the job, they Kept saying I will get an email and I never got an email and they would just add things that are required for my position daily via email. No organization, no structure! They outsource their call center so you cannot understand the people you are speaking with because they have a thick accent which is more frustrating because you feel bad constantly asking them to repeat what they’re trying to tell youReview fromKelly D

1 starThis company is terrible. I contacted about a contract, I sent what she said was needed. She never got back, zi asked again where we were at with submitting. She wanted same paperwork I sent previously, this happen the times. I said I don't want to proceed w her as a recruiter. She immediately said no one else will do it and blocked me! Wow all because she want doing her job and I was willing to work w smooth recruiter. If like this, how is the rest of the process....Review fromRobert Y

1 starNot real sure about this company. They kind of bully you into working for them once you sign up with them. And when you tell them that you have changed your mind about working for them they tell you that they will report your profile. Not sure who they will report it to and hen I asked them who they will report it to all they say is the department. Department of health or who? But I'm suppose to start my first assignment on this coming Thursday. I'm really not sure if I want to leave the agency I'm with now to go with them. I really don't think that they can report my profile to anyone. They told me I would be nonhireable for the fingerlakes region ok big deal I won't apply then. But the whole reporting to the department has me confused. Wish someone could explain this to me.Review fromKaitlin F

I’ve blocked emails and phone numbers and they continue to harass me!! This needs to stop! Someone needs to make them stop! I’m so sick of this! This is harrassment at this point.Review fromGlenda C

1 starT4H is the worst travel nurse agency that I have ever worked for. They got me a contract with UHMC in the ER department and I was supposed to start on 02/21/2024, I got my car packed and then they called me and said that they had not cleared my background check and I had to wait until 02/26/2024 to start my orientation. I did my first orientation from 07:30am- 16:30pm for the Epic charting class and the next day I got to the Hospital at 07:00am- 15:00pm for the orientation of the ER department, name tags and how to use the Pyxis for drug withdrawals— we also went over POC protocol and how to print out Lab Labels and how to do the venipuncture for the blood test— we also discussed how to discharge a patient from the ER department I was running low on my medication for seizures, anxiety, PTSD and depression. I made sure that my travel agency was aware that I would need my medication within a week. They assured me that I would have my insurance card and information on my 1st day of orientation, I did not. I called them during my lunch break and asked about my insurance card and information and they said that it would be at the hospital in the ER department for my 2nd day of orientation. It was not there again and I called them again and they assured me that I would have my insurance card and information before I ran out of my medication— I worked 7 days without any medication and I had to ask my sister to wire me money for the medication and gas to get back home. I have worked for over 15 years as a travel nurse and I have never had any problems with Cross Country or American Mobile. I do not recommend T4H to anyone, they don’t seem to know what they need to do.. For your own personal safety, please stay away from T4H….Thank you, G. Camp RNReview fromSindera M

1 starThe 5 star reviews are FAKE. Look at the timing. Nurses beware! This company lacks ethics and honestly….they’re making their culture look very bad. They offered a travel nurse contract and then attempted to lower the pay rate before the contract ended. This is illegal and I encourage all nurses to stay away from agencies that practice this. They are also very rude and uneducated on the phone when you explain the law of binding contracts to them. They call/harass you for hours to convince you to take the lower pay after you signed the contract with the agreed pay rate. I do NOT recommend working with them. You will regret it.Review fromTanya C

1 starI am going through this same thing with this company. They promise you a work assignment only to keep getting pushed back. I have done all the paperwork and did all the physicals. This has been going on for the past few months now. I am trying to see if they will hold up there end and so far it's a no. Are they a scam? They go from calling yo9 all the time to you not hearing from them at all.Review fromDawn M

1 starThis is the most annoying, incessant and awful healthcare agency I have ever engaged with. I have never worked for them, or showed any interest at all in their postings. I have repeatedly told their agents to stop contacting me. I have even gone through the formal process of deleting my "supposed" account (which i had never created to begin with) to stop the constant calls, texts and emails. To no avail. I am daily hounded, multiple times per day and all from different people so constantly have to start this process over again. They are unprofessional, annoying and need to be stopped. Even if i were interested in a position I would not engage with them now at all after all this. Stay away...Review fromTonda S

1 starTalent4Health contacted me via my phone number from Indeed yesterday, for a position I applied for through Indeed. The individual asked for a time that was best for me to connect with me. The individual made arrangements with me to talk after 10 am today, then stated any time would be perfect. This morning I received a text that stated "How are you?" then asked "Can we connect today ?" "Or can I share you the details over text" I stated I was available to talk now. The texts had improper use of grammar. The individual did not call or text. At this point, I knew something was not right and this was most likely a scam. I text the phone number back and stated this is not how I conduct interviews or business, via texting and that I was not comfortable with how this was all transpiring. I text the individual to remove my number and name from Talent4Health's database. The individual text back 30 minutes later and stated "Hey" "I am so sorry I was on my lunch break" Then proceeded to text more messages about "Please call me once" I took screen shots of the texts. This company does not conduct business professionally and I do not trust this company. If I could rate the company as a zero, I would.
