  I called to cancel the subscription and was told I would not be changed the 39.90 that was pending on my card and yet I did get charged. When I called to have this corrected, I was told I would only receive half the money back because it was after the date of the final trail date. Even though I called to have it cancelled twice! I'm only getting $19 back. It's a joke!

  SCAM ALERT!!! After searching a name, they say they found all sorts of information (criminal record, unclaimed money, etc.), but after you pay they show you the "finds" just the name, addresses, and some other easy finds. But the worst part is: They charge you $1 per search to access the information, but a few days later I find a cc charge of $68!!!!! I double-checked again, it didn't say when entering the cc information that it was just a trial, only in the "emailed receipt" did it say in "fine print" that if you don't cancel within 5 days will they charge you $68. I canceled my cc's and disputed the charge, NOT GIVING THEM A DIME!!!!

  Ad stated I would get full reports, aliases, phone numbers, emails arrests, court cases etc. Gee looked myself up, got someone with same name (just the one) not me. Looked up friends names (who I know have arrest records, divorces, nothing but their name, aliases, addresses, emails and their possible family members.

  These Indian’s scammers need to be found and stop. Go lookup charged me and didn’t provide no service like they have promised. They also tried to take more money from my account.

  Don’t use! They charge you for unnecessary charges. They will not give you a refund when they fu that too. They offered me a half price refund. Terrible service. Couldn’t provide anything more than I could already find out myself. They need to be closed down!! ????

  I HOPE you are reading this BEFORE you gave any financial information to this GoLookup site. If you already did, you need to immediately cancel your card and get a new one. They are trying to withdraw money from your account right now. Doesn't matter if you started service or not. So, obviously the rest of this review is not exactly bubbling with praise. My experience tells me that there is no service provided and your money is harvested as fast as they can take it without flagging them for theft. It is taken in amounts between 25 and 75 dollars at a time for as long as your account remains accessible to them. You cannot cancel or stop the "subscription". They have a number listed you can call and request a cancellation, but all you do is give your info and the recording says it may be several days, and they will get to it when they can, etc. They never get to it, so they keep "charging" you. This way it could be presented to an inquiry board so it looks more like poor communications when the fraud investigation comes up. They expect it. Until then, they just grab money from anybody that types in their card number and keep sucking. Not sure if I can actually submit this without entering a star number. Trying for a zero. Oops, just found out I have to give one. Oh well.

  GOLOOKUP.com managed to get $27.00 off my cashapp card but they tried taking $227.00, thank God I took all my money off my card and started a new account with cashapp. I just want my $27.00 back. They really messed up my financial situation, bad timing on their part.

  Will not get you the information you are looking for. I searched for someone I know has at least 2 DUI arrests and 2 arrests for sexual conduct with children. None of those records show up, nor does his registration on the sex offender database. Nothing provided was worth even the $1.00 charge. I cancelled within 15 minutes of paying for this. I will watch my card carefully for more fraudulent charges, as I paid for this before reading reviews. I will not call them again. I will simply report them for fraud if they try to charge me again. This site is a total waste of time and money.

  Do not even use the $1.00 trial. They told you that you have three days to use it. First, the report will not even show. I ordered on Feb. 9, 2024, and tried to review it during the weekend. My computer showed warning sign. I came in on Feb. 12, 2024. I called in to cancel, the representative told me that it is passed three days and insisted that I had to pay for the first month account. I insisted to talk to the supervisor. After waiting about 15 minutes, the same supervisor, Kate (Rep. #1755264) answered. She told me that my trial passed 3 days. I told her that I have been an attorney and I know how to calculate THREE days. I also told her that I could not see any reprt at all. She finally "cancelled" my account and voided my charge. It is a scam place. There is no start at all.

  rip me off 3 times in one Bank Statement, got nothing from them, over$69.00, said it was a dollar
